Occasionally danish TV produce a pearl or two. I love this performance.

four hour drive, strange world outside
shudder to see the sun go down.
don’t know a soul in this whole town

so chimed the witching hour,
puritans had all the power
sure enough their laws were blue –
soberly i stayed with you

hours waiting, and you’re fading out

so i looked my sunday best
still in saturdays dress
no dark below our eyes,
like the town they still were dry

hours looking, puritans watching
i was watching, watching out.
