Re: Wizard that is a mancer
"Mancer" and "mancy" derive form Greek words meaning "prophet" and "prophecy." For this reason, they're usually associated with divination.
There's ... a lot of different types of -mancy: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Methods_of_divination
In fantasy fiction, it's become more associated with just one of the many names for magic. Chronomancy, necromancy, the sundry forms of elementalism (aeromancy, aqua or hydromancy, geomancy, pyromancy), etc.

Re: Wizard that is a mancer
perhaps it would be a "prophemancer".
deduction from what barney posted that would mean this one is a prophet of prophecy.

Re: Wizard that is a mancer
A necromancer was someone that could communicate with the dead.
Necro- means "dead" in greek.
-Mancer means "medium/seer/diviner".
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Necromancy
An "elemental mancer" would need a Greek name more accurately but you could go with "Elemancer" I suppose.
Path of Exile did the same. https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Elemancer
But if you're focusing on elemental magic (Fireballs, Ice Storms etc) and not summoning elementals, then Elementalist would fit more.
