LOL a Dane hating a Swede, how odd. That guy did a good job with Celta though.

And Kroos only showed some class in the last minute. He was awful all the game long. 2 very bad passes, and the first one led to the 1-0 for the Swedes.

Him and Gündogan who was making the Germans look slow should be exchanged for the next matches.

He just talks more smack than he performs well on a pitch. Nothing to do with the fact he is swedish 0:)

Germany put a lot of pressure on Sweden the last 10 minutes of the game, with 10 men. Kroos was the center piece of that as always, Germany as a whole had a pretty poor game. But he got the winner and maybe Robin Olsen should have done better on that free-kick but that takes nothing away from the execution of it. I think Germany should get rid of Muller and Gundogan, but not Kroos, for the last game of the group stage. When does Kroos ever make such errors as he did in this game? He is pretty much the best player in the world for his respective position, cant bench that when the whole team is struggling.

Also Big Rom is going at it, wouldn't surprise me if Lukaku becomes the top scorer of the cup

Portugal v. Iran. Ugly game.

VAR did serve to get correct calls on the pitch, but damn...not so great to see in HD replay how sad players are in their game.

To be honest Iran and Morocco weren't that far away to qualify instead of the bad defenses of Portugal and Spain.

Although Morocco wouldn't have to complain if they had lost two players to two yellows and a red, they played very roughly.

It reminded me of Gijon 1982 when Germany won against Austria 1-0, so that both could qualify to the detriment of Algeria.

Pretty exciting to see Iceland play hard in their first entry to the WC. Too bad they were unable to pull off a win...but small steps, right?

Croatia...can they get past the 16 stage?

Germany out for the first time in the group stage. What a surprise. And Lineker will have to rethink his famous sentence. :)

Four of the last five world champions out in the group stage. Only Brazil survived in 2006.

If it wasn't for the fact that champions get knocked off, Futbal would be a bore.

It's just my opinion, but any sport, any game, that doesn't allow for losing or failure, surprise or chaos, top to bottom regardless of rank or skill, is a joke. Take that to heart BGTSCC players!!
