*A red haired woman walk into the White Mask Theatre, she looks around for a bit. Since nobody seems to be about, she steps toward the custodian Carl, leaving an invitation with him to deliver.*

*Victor Azar makes a point to stop by the White Mask to check their featured posters while he's at Baldur's Gate. He looks over those on the wall in hopes of seeing when "Thistle" is playing next, and if he'd missed it.*

While there are no official posters on the board, he would see notice of the plays postponement due to illness of the cast with a rough date of the end of the next tenday (October 29 or 30).


There is another poster as well about the theater hiring some people to help purge over sized spiders from the building. (am getting with a DM to set up a small event for low level and especially new players to the server)

All interested parties can contact either Karl, the custodian or Herran Hymn, the director. ( you can leave word here in this thread, or PM Herran (paw), or PM (the performers guild) or simply nudge me IG. I will keep you posted as to when this event will happen as we get closer ... likely a little over a week away from now. The DM involved is rather psychotic so be prepared to have some fun )

*Victor decked out in his shining armor, and silk shirt, with Annaliza dressed in her priestly vestments of a Deep Crimson robe with a pair of golden parted female lips with the tip of a vivid ruby-red tongue just visible between them, slyly touching the upper lip. Both were dressed up with no where go, the play postponed. Dispite a watchful eye no new flyer can be discovered as to when it will be shown again.*

The smell of Vanilla soon fills the theater as two window boxes are built and the plants grown within them. A local farmer seems to be in charge of the building of the boxes and the caring of the plants.

Kidnapped?! killed?! rumors of a complicated exchange ...

Vala, Adelaide, Talas, Cillian, Renj, Isabella, Desrah, Fenix ... from theater to sewers.

Is nothing in this city sacred?!

Herran is back? Some might have noticed Adelaide, Talas and Fenix helping him into the theater and immediately backstage.

Herran sported a smile ... but seemed .... different? He just did not look quite right.

The others soon leave giving instructions to Karl that the director is not to be disturbed until morning at the earliest.

The ceremony at the theater having already completed, it remained quiet through the night.

*A red haired woman enters The White Mask Theatre with a handful of envelopes. After wandering about a bit looking for a familiar face, she approaches Custodian Carl. She hands over the envelopes, speaking to him of a party and with a request of him handing them out to the theatre's members, or possibly leaving them somewhere visible. After a short conversation, the woman is seen leaving the theatre with a cheery disposition*

I pray this finds you well and in good spirits.

You have been long away which I fully understand. That being said, I find that I am in need of an assistant for the theater and while it would sadden me greatly, I cannot justify having three assistants. I do still count you as a full member of the troupe, but, I must ask that your position as assistant be relinquished at least for now so that I may assign that to another of our troupe.

I hope you understand and still desire to see you again when you return. I miss that wondrous smile and light laughter of yours.

I'm not exactly there to assist, am I, so I really don't mind at all. I don't know when I will come to Baldur's Gate next time. Most of my reasons for staying there have disappeared and I've been given more and more reaons to go away, I'm afraid.

I love the theater, but too much has happened outside and around it for me to feel comfortable and happy there now. I might return when things change.

Herran makes an announcement to the troupe.

Glorious day everyone he smiles I have plans to continue the progress the theater has been making of late, but have been waiting for related projects of which we have or will be involved to finish.

Now that Adelaides celebration, the wedding, and so many other projects have passed .. with Adolinas charity event and the masquerade ball still to come, I want to make full effort to return activities to the theater and am thus going to assign a new assistant ... I would like any and all active members who have any interest, to meet with me over the next few days to discuss your interest.

It is a large responsibility ... one that has been passed on to some of the finest talents on the coast ... there is much to do so I want someone who is committed to spend a lot of time working in and for the theater.

I plan on not -just- open stage nights .. but wish to plan galas ... holy day celebrations ... and more plays.

Any who have interest ... I will hold the position open through the middle of the next tenday.

So take you time .... think on it ... and we will talk. he smiles and looks out to everyone.

That theme about the events are nothing new. I made the event file also here, to see for everyone. You can see there are more than open stages planned already. This is not all, i have more aces in my sleeve. But i need a few days of time, to speak with my new partner when she found the time to meet again. Then i will announce ....charity dinners ....charity auctions...and more. I would also support the ideas of you and others, help them to make things happen they have in mind. But all at its time so we can make place for theatre members to get involved if they want to.

She pauses and after a thoughtful moment she nods determined.

It is not only about having "power" to decide things and set them in motion. It doesn't help anyone if we have someone in that position who already has a lot of tasks and then finds not time for the theatre. I would be free and willing. It's also many responsibilities that are taken. I would do that and try to win more mebers, active members who support our events and make suggestions for events and themes themselves.

I would try to bring more life back to the theatre together with all other members and those hopefully to join us. I would try to help them, to make their way into our troup where our director left whithout any support, i would be that support as an assisttant. lIke i told you. Not that is do that already now, bit then even more.
I would also go on doing what i already do, organizing events in a way that they don't push others and theor ideas aside. I would speak and plan with everyone who wishes it. I would fill the times others don't have so we can cover different needs.

She smiles to the others. I will always do my best. But remember, in some cases i also need you all, to tell me if things are beeing planned or wishes occur. I hope we will work together well.

...and so it was decided and official. The white Mask Theatre has a new assistant director.

The drop box

Long time there was a box, quite small and unimposing. Standing at the entrance of the White Mask, those who enter could see it to the right. These days it was emptied and cleaned and painted in colors that might make it more visible.

The drop box once again offers itself, recieving letters in every way. But these days it also carried hopes:
Hope, that folks would come and show their interest in the theatre.
Hope to bring more life back to it this way.
Hope to let it flourish once again.
