A sun elf wearing mostly dark purple and brown attires have been recently spending her time in the wood elven village. She's usually quiet and doesn't make a contact with seemingly anyone at all. Each day within the settlement she spends on watching the forest, in sun, rain or moonlight, from one of the tree houses.

As she spots Dulinnor bringing a dead drow body into the village, a corner of her lips curls into a small smirk. "Bringing a body of a monster into a peaceful village... Hopefully these elves don't think it's a too sacred place for them."

"...Hm. Good progress, though. He surprises me more and more..."

After bringing the corpse of a fallen drow, the elves of En Dharasha Everae, gather at the Boareskyr Bridge and begin their patrol along the Tradeway.

Image

The recent drow raids, forced the elves into patrols of larger groups and increased distance. The large number of elves turned many heads because of curiosity and the display of combat rediness

Image

This time, no signs or tracks of drow were found, no matter how hard the elves searched.

Image

However, the patrol wasnt event-less. The group was ambushed by fire giants while at the Graypeaks and a Balor who commanded them. However, not the giants, nor the Balor was a match to the battle prowess of the elves.

Yesterday night, in the very heart of the Misty Forest, two well-known Dharashans (a dark-robed wizard, and the one and only Master of Beverages, no less!) met a rather large, heterogeneous group of adventurers. Despite some unresolved business a couple of members belonging to said group believed they had with the eerie arcanist, they thought better than provoking any escalation and the encounter proceeded at length, and rather peacefully.

When the meeting finally reached its conclusion, everyone seemed to have gotten what they were looking for...and nobody had been transformed into fertilizer, which some might consider a "plus".

Two days ago, a a dark-robed wanderer leaning on an eerie-looking staff could be seen approaching the fortified camp of the North Watch at Bridgefort at a slow walk, largely ignoring the bandits attacking him as they just died all around before even coming within striking range.

Inside, he met with a delegation of Watchmen including very relevant figures in the organization,
and a long meeting ensued. Upon conclusion, the visitor calmly and peacefully walked away, in stark contrast with the gorean scene constituted by the trail of bodies he left outside.

Kael watched his honored guest leave Dharashan grounds at a confident walk, and vanish in the brilliant white light of a Traveling spell. She had come promptly, likely as soon as she had received his missive. She had listened to him, and even offered some insight on matters relevant to the main topic. She had been calm, collected, diplomatic and nothing but pleasant, which wasn't easily said of just about anyone in his presence, outside of his closest kin. Despite that, he could not shake off the feeling of imminent danger, that sixth sense that rarely failed him, in battle or intrigue alike.

The seeds of doubt had already been planted, carried in the wind by the archer's words in front of a rather large group of, more or less, perfect strangers. His guest seemed confident he could handle the situation, and more.

For everyone's sake, he hoped she was right.

Or else, he'd have "wet work" to do. Likely on an unprecedented scale.

Elspeth Silverleaf and Aurelia Laurelin Walk into the village from the misty forest.
"Greetings kin... I did not know there was an Elven settlement in these woods"

A blue robed elf would walk up to them. Her face half covered under a hood.

I believe that to be good thing. We like to live our lives in peace here. Without too much interference of the outside world.

She lowers her hood. Her long white hair and frostlike skin now visible she watches them.

Though kin is welcome within our settlement. What brings you here?

* Among the trees of the Misty Forest, a selfless and devoted son of Corellon wanders with his strong belief through countless perils, seeking the signs of a hidden settlement which merely appeared as a vague vision, during his last Reveriee.
Only after many, deadly duels against the cruel sons of The One-Eyed God, the Teu'Tel Quessir finds his way into the friendly warmth of the village.

Nothing makes him feel happier than knowing that The Protector guided his steps and inspired courage in his heart. He knows very well that he wouldn't have reached his brothers and sisters alive without the blessing of the Preserver of Life; so he kisses the grass at his feet and gratefully raises a prayer to the First of The Seldarine.

Then suddenly the wind brings to him elven words from an unknown, concealed presence: questions... from an elven guardian of some sort. Following his invitation the Moon Elf sits with the cloaked figure, explaining the meaning of his long journey.
With the most unexpected words, the guardian expresses disapproval about the methods of the young elf who clearly seems not to understand the underlying consequences of that approach. Nontheless he does see the resemblance between him and the older cousin...
He might have given the wrong impression, showing the powerful artifacts to the misterious elf but still he is recommended to speak with someone called Mendel and seek for the elders and the Dharashans in the village.
Regardless the guardian's depiction, the Teu'Tel'Quess is certain that is not lust what enlivens his soul; in fact he belives his cause to be just and he is not going to hide his intentions to his folkes.

With that conviction in mind the elf slowly approaches his people, well aware of the scary look of his left blind eye, by now forever gone but still outshined by the sparkling blue light of the other one. So he politely bows and smiles lightly to those in front of him, proudly displaying his mithral lunate pendant and the flower depicted on his cloak. His right hand gently caresses the hair of the little, curious children attracted by his shining rapier and then he starts to speak, slowly but clearly *

" Mae Govannen, brothers and sisters... my name is Helevorn, son of the Thoronill and I am here today not because I've been asked to do so but because I desired to!
Just as the branches of the oaks stretch into the sky, offering their acorns to the wind of Aerdrie, I feel the same desire to embrace your souls and to gift you with the fruits of my journey.

This journey is my mission and this mission is my faith... and since faith is the love for The Seldarine, to protect what they love is the purpouse of my life! For those of you who believe that magical power could be the way to grant peace and happiness to the Fairy Folk, then please, come and claim what has always ment to be yours... "

* The elf then shows a dozen of magical elven items of all kind, patiently explaining their properties and offering them to those who show interest. He also lets them know that his lonely task has proven to be very dangerous and he probably wouldn't last too long fighting alone in the darkness of ancient, dangerous ruins: that is why he also asks to meet the Dharashans and to speak with the elders, hoping to find more brave adventurers to join the Fellowship of The Forgotten Flower in order to fulfill Corellon's desire *

Mendel is informed about the commotion and walks out of the treetop house. He curiously listens to Helevorn, while examining the magical items

"The Fellowship of the Forgotten Flowers eh? I dont think I heard that before and I would like to learn more. It does sound like a worthy cause, so I hope you find what you are looking for"

Rilisafel, the bronze skinned sun elf of black hair comes around, usually interested in finding useful gear to help in what she calls her "War". Upon noticing the boots and hearing how they are named and what they do, she looks up at the elf offering those items- regarding him for a long while, before speaking:

"You've got a lot of courage to bring this item here, and mention the name of that lie which Those-That-Went-Below try to sell in order to lower our guard. I suggest you to get rid of this drow nonsense, before it is taken very poorly by common elves, even though you may or may not have had a bright and well meaning idea. You should know that items bearing that name are not relics of our kind." - She pauses briefly, before speaking - "All in all, interesting items you've got there. Perhaps there will be someone that may use some of them here." - Rilisafel offers a nod to Mendel as she departs from the scene.

A masked, dark-clad figure comments from behind Mendel, his eyes two pools of emerald radiance deep within the cowl, his arms crossed:

"That, brother, heavily rests on what he will say next..."

* The elf listens carefully to the comments, silently watching Rilisafel's departure. He then closes his eyes, taking a long moment to ponder his next words, then he explains daringly and clearly his thoughts to those who are looking worried at those mentioned boots *

" Why would you let the anger and the hatred cloud your spirit and darken your heart?
If I have ever known anything about courage it is exactly what the essence of The Dark Maiden truly carries within and she is everything but a lie !

Most of us may have forgotten where Eilistraee stood during the fierce war against the enemies of Arvandor but she is just the one who first warned the Seldarine about the horde at the door of the elven godly kingdom, guided by her sweet tenderness and keen senses.

Besides, it is not our place to acknowledge her good intentions but Corellon's and his alone ! In fact, in his indisputable wisdom he decided to award her and keep her at his side during the most important battle of all. Before her last arrow was driven astray, twice she had protected her father and twice her infallible aim had saved him from the evil deity known as Kurtulmak and from other ignominious creatures.

So my answer is no, brothers and sisters! I would never get rid of the gifts of a martyr or neither I would stop to thank her for what she has done for all of us. What we should also always remember is that Corellon himself swore by all the trees of Arvandor that the day someone's hand is lifted against her that will be the last of their life.

In him I trust and his oath is mine! "

* Only after these words his one and only blue eye would meet the emerald two that belong to the dark, masked figure behind Mendel *

It seems you are very passionate about your beliefs which is admirable. However, you are preaching to the wrong crowd. You are welcome to stay here if you please, but you are asked to be rational about what you talk about
