Upon the message board in the Eastern District of Baldur's Gate, and again, posted within the courtyard of the Friendly Arm Inn.

When queried, the famous lute player of the eastern district informs you that he did see the man who posted this scroll take himself into the Elfsong Tavern...the Tavern also famously known as a meeting place of adventures of all types of...backgrounds.

You are seen by the famous lute player of the eastern district, looking at the flyer posted upon the public message board.

He informs you that he did see the man who posted this scroll take himself into the Elfsong Tavern, but later...left the Tavern and headed toward the Palace District.
