(who is safe because he is a paladin) His name is Alexander Azumith and he seeks to find a particular artifact of the Morninglord ordered by his clergy superiors. She intends to help him if at all possible while continuing to gain in strength and wisdom.

Having arrived in Baldurs Gate I took it upon myself to seek out work in the various locations Sis had recommended. Most of the jobs were uneventful but things did not remain that way upon entering the graveyard the locals seemed so fearful of.

It was dark and glooming. I found myself a bit apprehencous and slowed my pace unconciously. Deeper I went into the errilly quiet place. It was then that I saw them. up the hill in a pack. Udead!


She was surrounded by the foul creatures, one was kneeling above and was clawing at her armored chest attempting to reach her heart. I grew righteous in without thinking sprang into action, calling forth with my beseeching for my god to lay them low. With his blessing all but two fell to the ground destroyed. I quickly dispatched the remaining two and took to a complete examination of the fallen one. She appeared to be Aasimar, approximately 21 years of age and approximately my height and weight with Ebony colored hair.

I checked her pulse and found none. Working quickly I searched through my pack and found the rare and powerful scroll that the bandits had stashed away in one of chests within their hide out. Taking a deep breath I slowly spoke the words of power over the girl. it was with great relief that I saw her begin to breath, her skin mending before my eyes as the power of my god and hers worked to restore her.

Her name was Thalie. She was a holy warrior of Tyr. After she regained her strength she asked how she could repay me. I asked her if she would help me deliver a letter and she agreed. with a bit of hope and luck I will see her again soon. I liked her smile.
