Ghost-Faced Killer Ghost Sight

I tried looking for the old thread, but I can't find it. Anyway...

New ghost steps are a really nice boost to the class, 8 uses of ghost step are more than plenty IMO. However, I would really like Ghost Sight to be introduced into the class in some way or form.
Ghost Sight (Su): Starting at 7th level, a ghost-raced killer can see ethereal and invisible creatures and objects as easily as he sees material creatures and objects.
Now the way it works in PnP is obviously ridiculously strong, and it would be silly to even suggest its implementation in that form. How about a compromise?

Make it a buff, castable 1/day which lasts 1min/level of the class? If you want to go to the extreme, I would personally be even fine with 1round/level. Hell, make it a +2 to spot if you want, just put it on my character sheet so I can roleplay it.

I know it sounds biased, coming from someone playing the class and in one of the very few builds that are actually decent with this class, but my primary interest in this is roleplay. The class itself doesn't have much depth from the description, seeing as it's a class designed for a different type of setting, however its abilities give plenty of incentive for roleplay. All I'm asking for is that one of the key abilities of the class are introduced in any form you guys see fit.

How about making Ghost Sight only occur when the Ghost Stepping?

A true seeing X times per day will be fitting and easier to implement

How about making it castable 1/day at level 3, 2/day at level 6, 3/day at level 9. Make it instant action, and make its effective CL your GFK levels.

That would make it CL 10 each cast, lasting 10 rounds (given the new changes to its function) each cast. Not bad imo. Pretty good actually, given True Seeing's changes.
