Seems it's gotten worse. :o
Just tried it again. Only removeing any worn item brought the ab back. Putting it on reduced it again :(

And what's awful. Resting and item switching after reduced it also :o :o :o

I have noticed this too as well. Equipping items, any changes to STR/WIS, sometimes just plain resting seems to be bugging Intuitive attack not work properly. Usually, the same actions fix it most of the time, but it can be pain in the rear end.
