Head Watchknight Wai Li writes a public letter of condolence to Bailiff Axehand that she posts in the Temple of the Guardian in Nashkel upon hearing of the death of Governor-Sheriff de Oca. She mentions that she considered the Governor-Sheriff to be an Amnian of honor and that his death is a great loss to Northern Amn and Amn as a whole. She publicly asks in the letter who is now in charge of Amnian affairs in Beregost so that Amnian citizenry may know.

...

Wai Li additionally may be seen around Nashkel and Beregost making inquiries as to the murderer of Governor-Sheriff de Oca.

...

Wai Li would inquire to the current Amnian leadership in Beregost and to The Most Radiant of the Lathanderite church in Beregost if the town could benefit from Helmite short or long term aid from the Temple of the Guardian in Nashkel as well.

A certain bard arrives to the hin village of Gullykin with his flute and plays here and there in the village to bring some merriment in general. Otherwise being a resident of the nearby Enclave of the Elves he brings good tidings to the locals and asking them if he can provide any aid or do anything for them in light of the recent activity of the Xvart population. He also offers to deliver any message to the council of the Enclave should they require such.

Despite the fact that the hin village of Gullykin assured him that they are fine and sent him back with a basket of baked goods, the blue haired elf keeps returning to the village rather frequently to observe the devastated landscape for signs of threat.

Trapper Krogel returns to set up at Beregost after several patrols in the preceding weeks, having noticed very little awry. He wanders the Town seeking sings of the current regime and the feeling among the population as to where this is all currently going. He watches for other interested patrollers.
