Well, according to Champions of Valor, they are described as such:
- The dwarf children born of the Thunder Blessing are no more likely to be valorous than any other dwarves, but thunder children who do live valorous lives (and particularly those who are twins) see each other as special kin sharing a bond like that of an extended clan.
These valorous thunder children, called Telormar Gultor ("good-forged souls" in Dwarven), are quick to step up in time of need, especially when other dwarves arc involved and always when another of their creed needs help. They watch over each other, trade news on others in the "family," and aren't afraid to get their hands dirty when the battle horns sound.
A person who harms or kills one of the Telormar Gultor has made many enemies with a single act.

Yeah...that's about all there is! LOL. Which means there is plenty of room for interpretation and development. The main point here is really to have Young Dwarves (just reaching adulthood at 46–49 years old) of the Thunder Blessing. Thus...:
Combine that with the upcoming RCR, I personally am interested in building up the Telormar Gultor as an Epic Group, meaning starting at around Levels 21-24. This would still allow for growth but also put the TG in a position to take on some of the most challenging content the BGTSCC Server has to offer. Lots of Dragonmoots to enact!!!
EDIT: OR NOT!! I'm also considering starting at Level 1, and slow-boating my young Thunder Blessed Dwarf...so it all really depends on interest.
NOTE: yes, it's a bit strange that one could have a "youthful" character and still be epic-ly powerful, but yeah...that is how it works in our little Sandbox, where you can get to Level 30 in under a year RL (and our Server Timeline does move 1 RL = 1 IG year).
Myself and some other Kraak Helzak guild members are interested in growing this "inner" guild for Kraak Helzak and upon the Sword Coast...and some new players interested to develop the idea through organic RP would make it really happen.
So far, we have 2 melee Bards, so what is missing are: fighters (high AB), Clerics (high CL), Rogues (skill monkeys & sneaks). Runesmith Mages are also of interest. The Telormar Gultor are quite a bit political, quite a bit crafty, quite a bit "in the know." Think: dwarven intrique, dwarven power-politics, dwarven oversight in the Northern Region...and in the Upperdark, where KH has a Gate to the Big Basement of Evil.
