This seems like a knowledge issue, dmg is easy to counter.

I play a bard and I agree that bards being better healers than clerics and druids is ridiculous.

As for the damage part in pvp, lrn 2 sonic immunity + silence.

I was unaware we put sonic immunity items into the mod. Or as a buff to existing gear. ;). Oh we did not or did? Confused.

Main issue it’s the way it’s been abused in the past for me.

Yep - my friends at the Golden Wheel are selling a helm with 10% sonic immunity right now. Better bid up on that!

If you'd be so kind as to direct me to the melee immunity spells similar to silence and energy immunity, or even a 10% physical damage attribute, that'd be swell.

IF you're a fighter and wear heavy armor you'll have an inbuilt 20% damage resist to all elements and sonic.

Sonic immunty Greater Stoneskin nor Sanctuary is not ready at hand or on items for many builds and to almost any non caster build.

Silence on ground....no more requiem. It's really that easy.

Also, staff probably still doesn't make decisions based on pvp balance so those arguments aren't likely to change directions.

Get a silence wand...cheap and exceedingly useful in pve and pvp. :ugeek:

What are these changes based upon? Have the mobs submitted a signed petition for such changes because the players are exceeding natural killing limits?
Jokes aside, I am curious as to the purpose.
If it's to experiment with change? Sounds fun, but can come with mixed results, like most frontier science.

As to countering req. Yep, silence should work a treat, and for the low low price of 11UMD.
Doesn't knockdown interrupt inspirations too? Would that interrupt/cancel requiem as well? Considering it's a 'song'. Or does the Bard need to make a Conc check to keep it up and strong?

...mobs signed a petition to get equal treatment as bosses that were given sonic immunity because of SoR

tho now that you mention it, players exceeding the natural killing limits was probably a hidden factor they didnt come out with so they didnt sound too much like wimps
