Due to a sudden surge in supply from an unannounced source, the Black Claws Emporium notes a decrease in the amount they are willing to pay for gems. Most will still find the pricing more than reasonable, however.

At the time of the visit, the stall was being attended by an elegantly dressed female with waist-length white hair. She replied in drowsign that two of the items would require a few cycles for a house mage to import them from a foreign locale and that she could return then to collect her order.
