Because it is scripted as a familiar (as poited out here), when the Scrying Sensor is killed (sometimes on dispel/timeout), the caster is dealt a -2 Con debuff.
Since it is a spell effect, and not an actual familiar, this should not happen.

Scrying sensor imparts con damage on death
I play a baker. Sometimes she provides counseling or treatment.
Ask about our Breadflower daily special to save five coppers off a purchase of five pastries.
She seems unusually interested in cursed items.
She has also been seeking a variety of gems and stones.

Re: Scrying sensor imparts con damage on death
Not sure if we can fix it. As sensor is familiar type, it imposes such penatly, yes. But looking through our code, this 2 CON penalty is not mentioned anywhere.
I doubt we can fix it unless we change the type of creature.
Apparently, i found that wrack spell had an issue with ability decreasing function while searching for -2 con stuff that happens with familiar, so even if we can't fix this issue, something else that slipped past our attention was fixed. Thanks!
