Hunter Kit bugs (fast movement / FE progression)
Just noticed on my hunters that the feat is missing.
The kit adds the (now useless) travel domain powers feat at hunter 2.
Can that be fixed , please

Re: Hunter Kit does not grant fast movement
That travel domain feat should still give you fast movement as it's the vanilla one, can you double check with a pc that has normal speed ?

Re: Hunter Kit does not grant fast movement
Did a speed test today, was not faster.
As i clicked normal speed it showed on my hunter:
Any domain, that also grants a feat, adds that feat to the characters list. There is no fast movement on my sheet.

The domain power Fast Movement was removed. Maybe it was there as the kit was created.
As i clicked normal speed it showed on my hunter:
0.992249906
The test buddy had: 1.000000000
On another toon with an armor with 10 fast movement it showed: 1.100000024

Re: Hunter Kit does not grant fast movement
That issue is still unresolved.
My Char is a dwarfen Ranger15(Hunter14)/WM5/Cavestalker3.
There is no Fast movement (or travel domain) feat on my char- sheet.
However woodland stride and underdark affinity are there - can that mess up with the speed?
Equipping a wyvern armor adds the correct feat and gives the speed increase.
Would be wonderful - if it could get fixed

Re: Hunter Kit does not (always) grant fast movement
another issue I just noticed: I'm missing an extra FE selection at hunter14 (only got 2 so far)
Extra Favored Enemy
Specifics: You may select an additional Favored Enemy feat at hunter level 4, and every five hunter levels thereafter. These stack with your progression as a ranger. Use: Selected through conversation

Hunter Kit bugs (fast movement / FE progression)
So I got another Ranger(Hunter)level and Fast movement was granted again.
It was listed in the char. sheet again, but no little speed increased icon at the char. portrait (as the wyvern armor grants).
Is it the correct fast movement feat? No idea if there's more than one.
BUt after any transition, the feat is gone again - Relogging brings it back - until you transition again.
*************************************************************
About the extra favored enemies - The Kit has only 10 levels and gets disabled once you reached 10.
The kit description states:

Can/will the kit be expanded to progress the extra FE progression. ?Extra Favored Enemy

The only way I can see it happening is if you multiclass hunter with cavestalker. They both grant the same feat, but cavestalker removes it when entering surface / not natural areas

Re: Hunter Kit bugs (fast movement / FE progression)
Which feat - Woodland Stride ?
Should not Fast Movement override Woodland Stride or are they supposed to stack ?
The other issue is - The Kit has only 10 levels and gets disabled once you reached 10.
So currently the kit only grants 2 extra favored enemies.
The kit description states: " Extra Favored Enemy
Specifics: You may select an additional Favored Enemy feat at hunter level 4, and every five hunter levels thereafter..."
Can/will the kit be expanded to progress the extra FE progression. ?
Does the trap cooldown reduction work correctly? Would guess it doesn't also ...
"Higher level hunters gain a progressing cooldown reduction and so are able to lay traps more quickly. At levels 6, 10 and 14 ten seconds are deducted. And from 14 onwards the cooldown is reduced by one round for every four levels, finally reaching one round at level 30."

The feat in question is Fast Movement, which is taken from Barbarian class feats.Theodore01 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 22, 2021 7:32 pm Which feat - Woodland Stride ?

The kit was also restricted to just 10 levels, so disregard the descriptions - they aren't updated

Re: Hunter Kit bugs (fast movement / FE progression)
Exactly, therefore it should always work and needs to get fixed.
Ranger (outdoors) and Cavestalkers (natural subterranean) Woodland Strife canceling each other out is also a problem and should be addressed if possible.

Fast movement fixed, it won't be removed if you get it from barbarian / hunter / dervish
