Re: Doron Amar Role-Play
*Rhys sits in his tower, a glass of wine on his desk. A rare drink for a sad occasion. In front of him is paper and a pen, tools to arrange his emotions.*
"Sywyn, while i was never able to say goodbye i know you rest in Arvandor. Corellon would welcome you with open arms, and there be ample room for you to hunt till your hearts content. In truth, i always know i was going to live longer then you, as i have my childhood friends. Such is the sad truth of our lifespan, you would laugh at me over my sacrifice of part of my long lifespan. I miss you, and wish nothing more then to make you proud. Goodbye my brother, till its time for me to join you, may Arvandor keep you.
-Rhys Feivra"
*Rhys files this note away, and takes a sip of wine letting a few tears escape*

The elves of Doron Amar seek to restore the bridge that allowed ease of access between the two sides of the river. Currently, the only alternatives are swimming, or passing through Gullykin: a general inconvenience.

Calinde is recovering bits and by bits. She can finally walk on her own, however not without the support of a trusty oaken branch. She often tries to walk without using the staff but soon finds her need for it. However, each day she manages a little more without it, perhaps by the end of the week she can begin to restart her archery. It is clear however, that she should avoid attempting the many shot feat during practice, since it is rather accident-inducing.

A large ball of spherical electricity ignites far in the emptiness of the Gullykin vally. A slender figure shrouded in a deep blue cowl, and long cloak stands hunched catching himself from the entrance. He takes his time, dragging a long ash wood staff from his back. As the dust fades, the arcane energy crackling around his hands swells into his body; settling in his eyes. The arcanist walks slowly up the path, making his way through the forest with the occasional pattering of his staff clicking on the dirt road.. He stops at the bridge, to look at the archers. The magus smiles and speaks..
"The inefficiency of a wood and rope bridge can be troublesome.. I am the one called "Vauk".

Calinde took to caring for some of the animals employed by the residents of Doron Amar for the sake of their health, mostly only doing check ups and minor healings if there is a need be. She also offered her services to the rangers and their companions.

The Last Rites of Sywyn
Part 3
Part 3
The elves gathered and exchanged somber greetings, their spirits turned inward toward the remembrance of the man whom brought them all together. His body lay upon the stretcher, covered in a white silk that shown within the full moon's pale light.......

They made their way through the war torn forest, slowly, delibrately and with purpose to see this man carried above all else felled in this war. He was greater than any such oak, than any overturned stone, for his spirit united this people to overcome the impossible and finally he was coming home.......

The elves of Doron and their Northern visitors of Dharasha offered their last words. Eyes wore tears and faces sadness while the Priestess Luthien Aelorothi presided over the last of the rites to see him from his earthly home unto his next. They turned all elves, Doron and Dharasha as brothers and sisters and offered salute to him, Sywyn Maf'er, the savior of elfkind..........

Isen was later found leaning against a tombstone in the graveyard outside Baldur's Gate. His own spear pierced his side as he clung to life. He and the other elves found were taken to Doron Amar to recover, where Isen slipped into a coma from which he has yet to awaken.

Calinde was seen leaving Doron Amar with her trusty oaken staff and a longbow. Not just any longbow but Averëon's Heart Striker. She was soon joined by Samuel. The elven druidess has recovered enough to use her bow to hunt and even run ! She later returned with sack of meat to distirbute amongst the various working elves.

Calinde was away for a bit, travelling between visiting the Friendly Arm's Inn/Candlekeep and visiting her sister using plant-teleport.
In her absence Hoihe visits the elven refuge, the rangers would report he appeared out of thin air just outside Doron Amar's wards and headed for the elven village. If stopped by the ranger he would explain his reasons:
In her absence Hoihe visits the elven refuge, the rangers would report he appeared out of thin air just outside Doron Amar's wards and headed for the elven village. If stopped by the ranger he would explain his reasons:
- He wishes to help with some of the rebuilding
- He wishes to discuss something in the private with either Rhys or Tyressen, he claims it's personal and will say no more.
- He wishes to report that a massive horde of black orcs were headed to the north, and that he fought many of them around the Flaming Fist Outpost in the Northern Woods of Sharpteeth alongside Isendar, Nai, Jane and a few dwarves of the Kraak helzak but also Kierran Naver.
- He requests to be allowed to stay until he gets an appointment with either Rhys or Tyressen.

Calinde decides to go on a little journey with her sister for a few days and Tree Strides north for the meanwhile.

((is it going to snow in Doron Amar?))
Calinde Elestar, unlike her wood elven druid nature would suggest, appears to be shivering in the besetting winter with the cold it brings. She seems to avoid spending time outside the Arcane academy, almost even moving within to get her share of rest. Finding the tower uncomfortable she piles a large hoard of leaves that were uncollected and some furs into her tent to keep it warm. For an elf she surely lacks the hardiness against elements that the experience usually bestows the fair folk.
She once again began complaining...

A monk dressed in blue and carrying the symbol of Candlekeep arrives at Doron Amar and hands a sealed envelope to the rangers, saying it is for Seeker Selengil.

We will be holding an emergency meeting this evening at the Keep to discuss our course of action against the encroaching Black Orcs marching towards Triel. We formally invite the leadership of each of our allies to attend. If the leadership is unable to attend they may appoint a representative to speak upon their behalf.

Hoihe has arrived by the first bridge of Doron Amar under the moon and has requested the outlookers to request Councilor Sayiel's presence. He wishes to speak to her, that is his message.
It should be noted he has been reading scrolls every hour he's made to wait. He explains he's trying to keep a low-light vision spell up..
