Re: Doron Amar Role-Play
A few days back, Doron Amar mustered a band of elven warriors to head out north after the Everskan rangers who have been reported to have gone missing. For days they were absent, until they returned with a cart stacked full of fallen elves. Upon return, they would have split - some heading for the Jest to ease their minds, the blue-haired councillor to handle letters for the fallen's families, her white-haired adjunct to aid in the temple to prepare for proper rites and burial - perhaps if the fallen answered, resurrection, and some dispersed to the woods.
They would have appeared to be aided by two humans as well, at least with the cart - one with a fiery red mane, a female. Another a tall human some might recognize as the headmaster of the Bladestone Foundation.

Re: Doron Amar Role-Play
A group of three elves arrived the previous morning in Doron Amar, led by a large elf in a masterfully crafted elven full plate armor, a deep green cloak, long black hair and tattoos over his broad face. The other two of the group - a chestnut brown haired elven woman in chainmail and white cape, and a red haired male of jovial demeanour - followed him a few steps away. The hasty, great steps of the grim faced elf took the three of them to the bridge over the river, where he stopped and promptly bellowed:
"LURIEL! IT'S ME!"
The not so subtle callings continued for a while, until the elven woman offered a more civilized solution. Shortly, a ranger of the village arrived with a note, which the woman handed to the hulking elf. Not a moment later, the wind carried the pieces of the letter followed by furious cries and curses - of which, most concerned the stupidity of a particular elven lass - away from the trio.
A while later, the three went down to the river bank, where - mysteriously so - a good pile of papers were washed ashore. A few moments of nervous rummaging on the part of the big - and now somewhat calmed - elf produced the required effect. They left shortly the way they came, and not in any better mood.

Re: Doron Amar Role-Play
The moon was high on the night sky above the Woods of Sharp Teeth, when the silence of the forest was disturbed by a terrible shriek of pain uttered by an orcish voice. The intimately chittering voices of the night forest silenced for a few moments, before indifferenty returning to fill up the air again. The cries of pain repeated a few times, on different parts of the woods. But no sounds of battle followed, only occasional cracking of lighning, which quickly died.
Later that night, a cloaked elf entered the village, hood pulled deep before the eyes, showing her face only to the rangers at the gate. Garbed in battered clothes, the only thing that gleamed in the moonlight was the copper claps of her cloak - a clasp formed in the shape of a feylike wing.
The elf walked up to the statue of Angharradh before the bridge, and layed down a bundle of arrows and potions with a quiet prayer. Then she left the way she came.

Re: Doron Amar Role-Play
Anyone wandering down the path along the river and into the woods on the eastern bank might come across a small sun-dappled clearing, which during the day is filled with the sound of birdsong.
At the base of an oak tree at one side of the clearing someone has placed a large flat stone, and from the branches of the tree hang wooden carvings of trees and animals, as well as twigs and branches twined into various symbols. The carvings are rough and rudimentary at best, revealing a glaring lack of artistic talent in the carver, though on closer inspection they seem to have taken painstaking care in their work.
One knowledgeable in the Elven pantheon might recognize some of the symbols as significant to followers of Rillifane Rallathil.
On the altar is a simple offering of a bowl of water, and the soil surrounding the altar shows signs of having been recently disturbed, perhaps as if something was planted there.

Re: Doron Amar Role-Play
The rain was heavily pouring down at highsun above the forest, a thick layer of clouds stole most of the warming rays of the sun.
Through the narrow bridge below the village an elf passed, soaked cloak weightly laying on her shoulders and head. The thick material stuck to her skull under the weight of the rainstorm, gloomily peaking back on the sides to follow the form of the long elven ears.
The elf's path led to the Jest. Taking a step inside, as the rainwater was diligently dropping down on the forestgreen carpet from her clothes, she wriggled out of her boots, walking up barefooted to Eladoran. There she lay down a leather covered bundle before him on the counter. Opening the package, a fair amount of enchanted arrows was revealed, their shapes and intricate carvings suggested they all have different spells chained to them.
"I hope I can trust you to diliver these to the rangers, or whomever most needs it..
And in the meantime, I would like to borrow one of the rooms upstairs to warm up a little."
With that she went to rest, but wasn't seen to leave through the door again.

Re: Doron Amar Role-Play
Lately an Elf in patchwork hide and cloth armor can occasionally be spotted coming and going from Doron Amar. He carries a finely crafted Elven longbow across his back and a rapier and silver mace hang at his belt. When he does visit, he can often be seen tending to the small shrine that appeared of late outside Doron Amar.
He sometimes hands a satchel to the gate guards in his usual laconic way, which upon inspection they would find contains a variety of healing herbs, anti-venom mushrooms and stone plant roots.
Hopefully in return the guards would look the other way when he leaves his horse tethered inside the safety of the gates, after uttering a few soothing sounds to him.

The arrival of a seemingly unremarkable young moon elf would go unnoticed by most. He is apparently the nephew of Liria Dy'ner, a seamstress living in Doron Amar. Over the past week he could be seen wandering more or less carefree about the village, seemingly curious about everything. He is most often spotted around the smithy or exploring the trails outside the village.

Re: Doron Amar Role-Play
A sun elven priest of Corellon Larethian may have been rumoured to have taken residence in Doron Amar, recently.
It is said, the high elf has been quite energetic, making rounds around the settlement- talking with the local commoners, craftsmen and women, the sole priestess and her acolytes, as well as the rangers.
A few days after such, he can be seen hanging out several messages written upon parchment throughout the village, some calling for recruits to the creation of a local armed force of elves, others calling for elves interested in becoming acolytes of Corellon Larethian.

Re: Doron Amar Role-Play
At one dawn after a rainy night, a lone figure was crouching on top of the highest lookout of Doron Amar.
Not frequently seen, but recognized by the rangers, the elf were left to her own devices, and the silence was welcomed by her. The elf was clad in pale gray and white leathers, her eyes glinted with golden shine every time she turned her head towards the raising sun. She was crouching there for a long time, watching the new faces move around in the village below.

A messenger bird arrives at the Erevan's Jest, carrying a small scroll and a note, latter asking the innkeeper Eladoran to pin out the scroll at the noticeboard.
Adding to the gnoll threat, a dangerous orcish archer was spotted lately in the Cloakwood, purposely hunting the scouts of our kin for beastly enjoyment. The orc has a skinny face and an unusual ginger hair, and uses a bow with magically imbued arrows. He tends to disappear from sight in combat to shoot it's targets from far away. His eyes seem unusually keen, making it hard to hide from him.
Use extreme caution if encountering this beast, and be prepared.
May Tel'Seldarine keep us all from harm.

A bottle of fine wine in hand, a silver haired elf walked the open section of Doron Amar, marveling at the beauty of the city, and getting into easy discussions with the citizens loitering out under the starry night. One of those discussions led her to the riverside, where she stayed to spend her reverie laying in the soft grass at the end.
Upon waking next day, she realized she had a task to do, so hopped on her feet and went find that kind priest of Corellon.

Throughout the evening, elves of the village gathered and celebrated the coming of Midsummers day, dancing, drinking, and the occasional friendly contest. The Councilor could be seen without her Coat for once, enjoying herself with the villagers, and whomever else would show for the festivities, enjoying an archery contest with the Adjunct and resident Priest of Corellon.
The festivities would continue throughout the night, before those present would slowly begin to disperse, to reverie and relax. The Councilor and Adjunct retreated to the other side of the village, spending a few hours together near the waterfall, before they too retreated for Reverie

A lone elven warrior would be seen about the village, asking about and seeking the Correlonian priest that had taken residence there not so long ago.

The local priest of Corellon, Feleron, disappears after the midsummer celebration draws to an end. Some might say he was last seen in the company of two moon elven women, each carrying a bouquet of white roses.
