Unread post by Daspian Dra'thir »

so this RCR NPC that deletes a character and then takes that characters XP and then gives it to another character who approaches the npc? ....couldn't i for instance then simply level a character on the surface get a decent amount of XP, then transfer it to a character i am Levelling ( having a incredibly hard time at that) in the underdark.

That is correct. The Character receiving the xp must have less than 100 xp (not 1000). Anything more than that and the bot will not give you the option to withdraw.

one hundred, actually. and you can only rcr one character at a time.

the first levels of the underdark are very hard for drow because you are 2 levels ahead. Means little XP for difficult fights. Frustrating, but manageable.

Actually it appears to be scaled based on xp rather than level. You'll notice some decent xp gain that decreases at 1000xp and 3000xp (level 1 and 2 for non ECL).

Create a surface PvE character, grind some decent XP and then take it to the bank. Then transfer it to a lvl 1 Underdark character in order to get a head start. That's definately what I would do if I were to make an Underdark character. With ECL, those first levels are extremely painful.

In order to see how much XP you need to bank, refer to this site:

As someone who played in the UD, I don't agree that it's quicker to do it this way. At the very least, not for fighters.

Especially if you have a little group with you, two or three.

If you're a bard or a rogue, and you're alone, then yeah, the RCR is the way to go.
