Extended Rage items

I was wondering if it would be possible to script it so that if your character already has Extended Rage as a chosen/class feat and equips an item that grants the Extended Rage feat while worn, that it would instead grant him Extended Rage II.

I'm assuming that Dwarfare's character is an old-time Lvl 30 that missed out on last years 100% RCR period. And, the character/build was far along or even fully along by when Karond made the BG NPC Barbarian merchant, with the Amulet that grants Extendo for free.

Alright, works for me! Got it as a class feat, figured I'd see if there happened to be any scripted synergy available, but not so in this case.
