Hey guys, my name is Spencer and I'm looking into joining your server. I'm currently downloading the game and reading the posts on how to join. Hopefully it all goes smoothly with the new enhanced edition that's out.
My question is about the adventure and mysterious aspect of the server. It seems like there's a lot of content here, and I was looking for a server that doesn't just the max level players running raids, everyone having the same items and loot. What's it like as far as actually exploring, finding new dungeons and items, and all of that?
Not exactly sure if I worded that correctly, it's hard to explain. Anyways, looking forward to hopping on.
edit: Also, I'm currently on the new Enhanced Edition that was just released. I'm having some trouble connecting to your server. Is there any extra steps involved with the newer edition?

NWN2 is more enhanced than NWN1 and NWN1EE

I believe the new Enhanced Edition is only for NWN1 servers.

If now's not the time, considering you just bought Neverwinter Nights 1: Enhanced Edition, you might still want to wishlist the game on GOG -- it goes on sale for as little as $5 a few times every year.

Unfortunately, it doesn't look like they'll make an enhanced edition with NWN2. So, I wouldn't hold out if you're thinking of waiting for that.

We do, but who is going to pay the millions to remake an old engine?
It's like what I said before when they made NWN2. They knew Multiplayer was a huge success for NWN1, they should have made a streamlined engine that was more user friendly for servers to have custom content.
They didn't.
So we have had volunteers the last 10 years "fixing" the game as much as it can be.
But I digress. This thread is about a new player trying to play BGTSCC on NWN1 EE.
