A death knight accompanied by a pair of female vampires was seen passing through Sshamath seemingly without any sort of living escort. The Jaluk known simply as Jak followed them as them moved toward the central spire, finally confronting them verbally as they entered Varallas Passage.

Fortunately for the whimsical bard, the ambassador for Bregan D’arthe arrived only moments after, likely preventing an exsanguination of the headstrong male. Galawyn and Jak exchanged words with the knight as well as with each other. An accord of some sort was reached between the ambassador and the dead. A less joyful parting between the rhyming jaluk and the puffed up Galawyn. A third, masked and unknown to Jak at least, looked on in silence during the exchange.

Some time later Jak could be seen slipping in to the school of necromancy, failing to contain a fit of giggling hysterics.

Rumors are circulating that the dark-clad warrior known as Blackblade would have allegedly met a gruesome end somewhere deep within the tunnels surrounding the area west of Varalla's Passage. The well informed state in no uncertain terms a Death Team transported his corpse and his wargear, including the infamous black sword, all the way to the School of Necromancy. The most skepticals point out that the body was conveniently missing the head, making the identification process rather problematic.

A giggling, yellow clad jester can be plainly seen skipping merrily toward the school of necromancy upon hearing these newest series of rumors. When stopped by the staff at the front desk in the school he would respond with the following.

”Why am I here, well shouldn’t you know?
I need words with the Blackblade, to him me please show.
Deceased? So I’ve heard. Well then haste now I think,
I do not wish to speak, once his corpse starts to stink.
I’ve stories and poems which I’ve come to regale,
It matters so little be he rotting or hale.”

With that said he would descend into hysterical fits of cackling and step back, actually having the audacity to expect a visitation of the remains.

This cycle, a fahliel with glowing eyes and a white dress - easily identifiable as Aunrae Releth - makes a public announcement concerning the emergence of a new organization.

"With great pride, I introduce to S'shamath a force which will ravage the land above and rip it from its inhabitants, eviscerate the darthiir body, and aid in the noble efforts to realize the long-awaited destiny of the drow. Most capable non-drow are, of course, welcome; arms are arms, and most of these non-drow will find it most appealing. Why is that? Those who know me well enough will note my unorthodoxy. It gets results.

This organization is called Elgluth d'l'Ssussun - Scourge of the Light. This may seem like a replacement or even a copy of l'Orbb Glennen, whose leader has not been seen for a few cycles at the time of this announcement. This has been such since the apparent fall of Qu'ellar Ul'Ilindith. That settles those rumors before they can be conceived in the womb of the mind.

Thank you for your time, your attention, and consideration. For those who have questions or seek to join, seek the jalil called Aunrae Releth. That is all."

The announcement had went from energetic and prideful to rather scathing (though she does seem to hold her tongue), then to placid and perhaps even humble. Some of the parts seemed unnecessary or blunt, especially for a drow, and yet were delivered nevertheless.

Two heavily laden pack lizards with accompanying escort of six drow males entered Varalla's Passage and were met by guards of the 7th Circle accompanied by none other than Jabress Schezalle of the Black Claws Emporium. They were escorted under guard down the Z'orr'Bauth and unloaded in secrecy in the 7th Circle compound.

Following a skirmish between a well-known associate of the 7th Circle and the School of Necromancy, two faithful of Lolth and one of their orcs, it is said Arch-Necromancer Zar'Vyrae, Eye of the 7th, has summoned the new Ilharess Aunrae for a meeting to discuss the matter. Anyone familiar with how Drow society works perfectly knows what this means.

Rumors say a surface dwarf was seen going to the School of Necromancy. This dwarf was a necromancer himself and wanted to join the school. This Norgard Nuggerthammer had a letter of introduction from one De'land Maelstrom.

Seams the dwarf originally wanted to join the Cult of Plovich the Lich but for whatever reasons came to Ssahamath instead.

Aunrae can be see going to the School of Necromancy earlier this cycle, seemingly of her own will if it were not for her hands being bound behind her back and the gag in her mouth. Despite that, she moves with her usual saunter, showing no signs of distress. Two individuals are seen behind her (PM for names). Since then, she has not emerged and no sendings can be made to her.

Despite what has been seen, due to the recent controversies, it is unlikely that this incident would even be mentioned.

It is said that over the past cycles several visitors have entered the School of Necromancy trying to have an audience with Arch-Necromancer Zar'Vyrae. Very few actually succeeded in attracting enough of her interest to be admitted, and it is hard to gauge what was actually accomplished. Meanwhile, the newly raised Ilharess Aunrae remains in her custody.

Last cycle, Aunrae was seen leaving the School of Necromancy. Most of her body was covered, though indents from being bound in rope were spotted around her wrists and body. After a confrontation with the necromancy twins in Gloura's, she seems to have disappeared for that cycle.

This cycle, upon her return, she has made a short public announcement:

"I have offered the omnipotent arch-necromancer Zar'vyrae my deepest apologies for the behavior of myself and my associates and, to my surprise, she has accepted it. To show my gratefulness, I offer to her the services of Elgluth d'l'Ssussun and myself."

Wanderers through the Sshamath Bazaar would notice that the proprietor of the Black Claws Emporium, Jabress Schezalle, has not been seen tending to her stall in the last few cycles.

There are no reliable rumours that she is even still in The City, although it's more probable she is temporarily away tending some or other 'business'.

Three darkclad individuals, well packed for a long travel have been seen leaving the quarters of the Seventh Circle. To what purpose can only be speculated.

This cycle at Gloura's, insults and threats were shouted by a bald jaluk at two jalilen, a drow and an half-drow.
Cheap insults such as "I smell the rothe shu left on your lips" and "you smell of orc" could be heard being traded by the participants of the heated "argument". All to the other patron's entertainment.

Last cycle three masked individuals, two dressed in robes while one was heavily armored, arrived at the stall in front of Gloura's in the bazaar with a heavy crate. After a brief conversation with none other than Arch-Necromancer Zar'Vyrae and a renowned associate of hers, the bardess Aly'drin, they all left for the School of Necromancy with the rather heavy-looking package. Bazaar onlookers might speculate the large box should have proven far too heavy for the slim figures carrying it, and yet it was effortlessly transported.

A well known mage most would recognize as Arch-Necromancer Zar'Vyrae, Eye of the 7th and Steward of the School of Necromancy could be seen entering Bregan D'aerthe's fortified compound, accompanied by a good-looking male wearing high quality dark silks and velvet robes fitting snugly to his slim figure, an elaborate, custom made longsword resting within its scabbard at his hip.
About a candlemark later, the duo is seen leaving the stronghold, accompanied by at least two other renowned members of the 7th Circle, a wiry, dark-robed male moving with otherworldly speed and a slender female almost blending with the shadows at her every step.
