Away for a week, as I too have some vacation to spend. Will probably be near complete silence until I return.

To all my fellow players:

I'm currently undergoing one of the most significant transitions one can make in their life: the acquisition of one's very first property!

Much of my free time is being consumed by mortgage brokers, real estate agents and endless phone calls and as a result, my available play time has diminished considerably.

This will only be temporary for the next 1-2 months until we have finalised settlement and moved in to our amazing new apartment.

If you see me online, take advantage of my availability please! :D

See you all on the other side of home ownership (30 years of debt  )

Congratz Tsid! If you have any questions feel free to reach out, I spent 15 years in the Mortgage industry before moving on. Of course, US is likely different then Aussie mortgage regs, but still, offer stands!

Good luck!

I'm headed to Portugal in the morning and will be there until the 16th. I'll bring my laptop, so I might log on occasionally while there, but I won't be able to commit to anything serious while there.
