Any "Mage-Slayer" PRC is going to be custom because there simply is no core class or PRC in 3.5 like this. However BG 2 had Wizard Slayer as a Fighter kit. It would be kind of interesting to make either a Fighter Kit or a PRC that has such restrictions, but can impose stacking % spell failure per hit and gets some amount of SR, but can't use UMD and can only use specific inventory spots for magic items. Not being able to wear rings, amulets and bracers is a pretty major limitation (no natural AC, no +4 STR gloves, need deflection on helmet or belt), but getting Spell Resistance and on hit imposed spell failure is also very strong.

That said, while useful in PvE this would be clearly seen as a PvP class that could be exploited. To combat this I'd say it could be made as a Fighter Kit vs. a PRC with some hefty restrictions that make it so you basically would be going 'pure' fighter with very limited or no multi-classing in order to make it work.

An example for the kit could be:
- Can't wear rings, amulets or bracers/gloves
- Can't put points in UMD (and make it so even if taking a UMD class UMD doesn't work/they can't use wands etc.)
- Can only use healing potions, no buff potions
- Gains 3 Spell Resistance at every even level (i.e. 42 SR at level 30, because you would be F1/Wizard Slayer 29)
- Every strike landed causes spell failure, which stacks with itself as follows:
- At WS 5 1% per Strike, WS10-2%, WS15-3%, WS20-4%, WS25-5% (w/ 6 APR that is up to 30% spell failure after 1 round, make this an activated mode like Expose Weakness so it only applies on the main hand weapon to avoid a PTWF applying 60% in the 1st round. Or don't, if they don't use a shield in addition to no natural AC they are going to have low AC in exchange for being able to impose spell failure quickly.)

Just a thought. It would not be a popular pick, but would give Fighter an interesting option to go deeper than 12 levels in the class, but this definitely would need to be further vetted to make sure something like F1/WS15/X14 (where X could include stuff like evasion/expose weakness, Frenzied Berserker/Weapon Masters, etc.) would not simply cause a major powerup. Personally I think the inability to get stuff like deathward, IMA, Natural AC, etc. makes it fairly balanced. 42 SR is strong, but no stronger than what is currently possible and if the Wizard Slayer stops at F1/WS15 for example they would only have 21 Spell Resistance which isn't going to be very useful in epics. The 3% Spell Failure is only 18% in round 1 if all 6 attacks hit, probably more like 12%.

I think it sounds kinda cool, assuming it can be done within limitations of NWN2 engine.
