Auction House Buy and View buttons

I must admit i am tired of accidently bying stuff, no do not happened often but still it happens to often, and i know i am not the only one.
So i would like to suggest 2 things either one them should prevent this happenning.

1: Make so you need to confirm if you want to buy this item when you click the buy button.
or
2: Move the two buttons away from each other so they not next to each other, so you cannot accidently buy a item, when you checing the AH and have to view 40 items what they do.

Just to add to this, could we move the 'Enter a Price' bit when selling, it covers the input.
