An Imaskari with wards surrounding him can be seen taking extended trips into the Underdark with camping equipment, rations, loads of parchment and other mapping tools.

Kar spread a rumor to whoom whishes to listen that an intimidating drow devoted to a certain Dark Queen claimed the netherese ruins in her queen's name. Maintaining that only those that furfill the trials of the Dark Queen and pay proper tribute would be granted passage up.

Uncertain if this Dark queen represent a god or a flesh and bone monarch , or not caring either way , Kar accepted to see those trials and not heeding the warnings went on to the ruins the cycle after. And again a few cycles later. The young jalil returned boasting that any queen's threat were empty wind and that her trials were probably so weak she accomplished them never noticing.

may the gods not hear the foolhardy jalil.

Rumours about the theft of a book from some library in the realms above spread among the crowd in the Spider's Kiss. The Seventh circle is frequently told to be the responsible party.

Curiously mistress Natalya is nowhere to be found.

Residents of Sshamath, especially those closest to the Clan Shieldbreaker's enclave in Southern Sshamath hear a raucous coming from the Clan Quarters. Shouts, laughing, incredulous voices. A higher pitched voice can be heard among the guttural language of the Duergar local dwarvish dialect. For those able to understand dwarvish.. an incredible story is heard... one that is hard to believe.... /// ;) to be continued... and keeping everyone guessing..

A treatise on the "ecology of the Na'ceroth" written by an anonymous mage of of the school of Divination was published this Cycle. The author shockingly expresses his or her belief that the Na'ceroth are racially related to civilized Drow in spite of their abhorent and depraved behavior. The School of Divination has not commented further on the matter, saying only that it is attempting to locate the author.

(Much hilarity ensued in other schools)

Rumors are heard around S'shamath lately, in regards to a possible Hive of Illithid, deep to the South. Whether this is true of not, only time will tell...
 :D

\\I hope you Underdarkers enjoy yourselves down there. :) -I'm quite proud of this area and it should provide some amazing roleplay - I hope. Good luck.

Rumour goes that Kar the witch left Sshamath. Her slaves reports that she was in her room snorting moradyn vapors , as she has been doing for the past few months , when suddenly she ran out screaming.

An imaskari at her service claims he could make out the words : '' finding a hive '' as she flew by him while an ugly orc also belonging to her reported that she finally overdosed then ran out and died in the sewers.

Suspecting a ploy from the slave to gain it's freedom the autorities have not yet declared her dead, but a missing citizen report has been filled in her name.

Out of the shadows comes a very calm and collected voice. "And there's no rumors of the war here? Usstan thought the whole city to be in panic. *Heh* Back to scouting it is for ussa. Perhaps the poor saps will be slaughtered paying no heed to the true dangers that lie ahead. By all means don't pay attention to the death of us all." The voice leaves as quickly as it came.

Through the streets of Sshamath walks a female figure, dressed in black, still carrying the smell of the flowers of the surface.

Treating the Drow she meets with great respect and making the traders a fine profit she slowly starts asking around at the "Gloura's Wings" tavern and the school of Necromancy, being in search of:

- Slave traders or raiding parties
- Official (PC) agents of the school of Necromancy
- a being going by the nickname of Ghaun

and most importantly Priests of the Mistress of the Night.

she will most likely be found close to the school of Necromancy or the tavern
//or just drop me a PM

/// meet me in game. There is something very specific you could do for me, and it's of the utmost importance.

The eye has uses for many it would seem. *Grins darkly before going back into the shadows to play with the demons.*

A few flyers are posted around various sites in Sshamath, including the tavern and the auction. They speak of an Imaskari wizard named Skadi who is apparently looking for both information on how to safely transport cursed objects for study and anyone who has items with a curse actively on said item for sale.
