As soon as Freya would hear it, every now and then, she would come by. She would play for the people, wether friends, family, townsfolk or refugees. I didin't matter to her where they came from. Wherever there were gatherings of people, there would be the luruean bardess sometimes.

A certain song, already heard before the battle and at an event yesterday would be heard especially often. That one alongside others would be played to offer comfort and lift the spirits at the same time. And she would do it gladly.

From dawn till dusk throughout the 14th of Mirthul, small ships can be seen arriving now and again to the beach of Ulgoths Beard with shipments. Things such as crates, sacks, hunted game, and other miscellanious goods can be seen being carried from the ships toward and onto the Relentless Storm by guards and crew belonging to the Storm itself.

In early evening a group of 5 individuals is seen leaving the Last Anchor armed to the teeth and warded, weapons out and at the ready.

They magically traveled away to parts unknown and returned in a similar fashion many, many hours later , post-daybreak it would seem. Their armor and gear showed signs of extensive battles. The group then retired to the Anchor's upstairs parlor for a time before going their separate ways.

At least two of the people were easily named by the populace as the proprietors of the Last Anchor Inn. Three were adventurers from more southern parts of the Coast.

There was some whispering about discussions the group had regarding Devils or Demons or something of the like, but who knows about that. Of late everything seems to be about devils, demons, or the undead...

The proprietors of the Last Anchor were seen about town a fair amount today with architect Barbryn Glori taking various measurements. They were accompanied by Aidan Thatcher, owner of the Twilight Rose and renown shipwright, and Niyressa Dawncrow, one of the boarders of the Last Anchor.

First they were seen discussing plans and taking measurements of some sort near the town's smithy and an abandoned building nearby.

Then, after the discussion with the famed Dwarven builder, some money exchanged hands. The quartet then had a lengthy discussion of some sort with Barnacle Bob, the fish merchant.

Finally, the group returned to the Anchor, all seeming in good spirits and cheer.

For several hours the beach at Ulgoth's Beard was occupied. This time there wasn't anything like a wedding, or a bon-fire, or a party, or a violent argument.

However, for that several hours, 2 pairs of people fished, talked, and laughed and generally enjoyed company. A huge amount of fish were caught and taken to the Last Anchor by the proprietors to be added to the menu for the next several days and the quartet of humans and elves eventually disbanded and went their ways: the humans back to their pub and inn in town and the elves back to Baldur's Gate.

Over the last few days, the proprietors of the Last Anchor, Derik and Lannia, have been seen on and off acquiring tools such as shovels and wheelbarrows. After they had enough, Derik has led some of the employees of the Anchor in leveling an area in the farm area in town to prepare for building the barn that had been discussed with the architect just a little while ago. Derik would even hire local lads who needed some coin to help, and if none available he would hire some day-laborers from the Merchant League in the Gate. It's said that even some of those actually boarding as guests at the Anchor got involved and helped!

The excavated dirt is moved around up the nearby small hill to be used as needed in foundation work and such for the new smithy that is said to be being built.

This would be notable enough, however some people have talked about how two of the women who were helping do the work actually SHAPESHIFTED into powerful forms to provide more manual labor to ease the movement of the rocks, sod, and soil. Who knew?!

Those that were familiar with the small hamlet would notice the new, larger and properly tooled smithy that was recently built. A large area was also cleared near farmer Tom's barnyard. Rumor has it a new, larger, and better equipped barn would be built there. Eyes and whispers looked to the Last Anchor and its owners for the recent boon to the sleepy little village.

Lannia sees the notice and freezes... She stares at it a long moment before taking it to show Derik and others who knew and loved him.

In the time after leaving The Halls of Inner Light, the druidess, Dove Starglow, is starting to be seen frequenting Ulgoth's Beard and The Last Anchor. She seems to shy away from people when approached or to outright call upon druidic magic to take another form and disappear rather than talk. While not looking as unwell as when she arrived, it is clear that the elven woman has a recovery in front of her if she is to move past what stress has done to her health.

Fishermen and sailors alike report of large shadows swimming through the waves of late.
Some return to port with shredded nets and torn rigging.
On rough seas, in stormy conditions, some report of hearing the roar of a large beast or two in the distance.
