The cooldown is a 2da setting though, so for the scaling to happen one would need to add a bunch of intermediate feats with progressively shorter cooldowns while removing the previous ones. It might be done one day, nobody was against that anyway.

That would make the kit much more appealing.
Is anyone working on that ?

Considering how long this thread has been inactive, I'd say the answer is a sound "no".
