Sir Jonas Rokranon, wearing the chainmail and purple tunic that were a gift from clan Ironfaar, as well as Torm's Truth, his holy greatsword, steps off a ship and onto the docks during the midmorning hours. He looks around, smiling, before heading into the city proper. Before long, he sets out from the East Gate in search of his sister, Merielle Silene.

A letter sits before you, delicately rolled and tied with a simple white ribbon. As you unfurl it, it is difficult not to note the meticulously etched letters, such immaculate calligraphy...

Greetings and to Whom it May Concern,

My name is Lokee Korr; I am a Knight sworn to The Loyal Fury. I have consulted many locals of Baldur's Gate, as well as done some reading of my own. What I have discerned is that while there are many organizations in the area doing good work, the Order is where I can do the most good. I have been learning the teachings of Torm and The Triad all my life; as a child I grew up in a temple near Scornubel, in the Western Heartlands. There I did much service work for the outlying villages, from protecting the various caravans that come and go through the trade city to taking food and water to smaller satellite towns during the more harsh winters.
When I left to begin my "journeymanship", as it were, I decided to seek out other like-minded people and organizations so that I may more efficiently utilize my talents, I have met a few Paladins of your Order already, and all have been quite impressive. I pray this message finds you with great expedience, and that you will grant me entry into your fine organization.

Blessings of Torm be upon you.

Sincerely Lokee Korr, Paladin of Torm.

Scrawled neatly at the bottom of the page:
"Salvation may be found through service. Every failure of duty diminishes Torm and every success adds to his luster. Strive to maintain law and order. Obey your masters with alert judgment and anticipation. Stand ever alert against corruption. Strike quickly and forcefully against rot in the hearts of mortals. Bring painful, quick death to traitors. Question unjust laws by suggesting improvement or alternatives, not additional laws. Your fourfold duties are to faith, family, masters, and all good beings of Faerûn."
Lokee Korr - Paladin of Torm.

A return letter is sent to wherever Paladin Korr would have instructed a response to be sent. It is sealed with the phoenix crest of house Rokranon, and written in an elegant, flowing script.

To the most noble and high esteemed sir Jonas Rokranon, knight of the Order of the Radiant heart, paladin of Torm.

It is with some trepidation on my part that I would most humbly wish to present you with a most unusual request. You will come to understand my trepidation when I tell you that it is my resolve, despite being of a most unusual age for this calling, to serve the Loyal Fury as His champion, and to ask you most humbly to be allowed to be considered for membership of the most esteemed Order of the Radiant Heart.

Not wishing to bore you with the exact details of my inner struggles, I would nonetheless wish to outline in short my motivation for this most unusual request. It is important to note that I have always served the church of Torm, albeit mostly as layman, assisting in services where I could, running errands and spreading the faith as best I could. I was content to serve in this capacity for a great lenght of time until in recent years an unrest within me grew. A pulling of such nature that I could not resist.

While speaking with various priests of the faith, a realization dawned on me that the small services I rendered to the True were no longer enough, and a desire grew within me to serve in a greater capacity. Yet still, the step towards being a true paladin seemed, at first, in my own eyes quite bold indeed, and perhaps beyond my station. To test my resolve I took up training in arms; my meager savings I had managed to aquire throughout the years were spent on expensive lessons from masters of arms.

It is within these short last months that I have come to know myself. I found capabilities in myself that I never thought possible, and a strenght in my faith that I did not have before. The small pull I felt before now tugs at me like a great hurricane; the path before seems clearer than ever, and only one goal is set within my heart.

I would not dare ask you yet for a confirmation of my request; all I ask for now is for a chance to meet you personally, that you may hear from me straight the reasons for my request, and that you may see and test my resolve. If this pleases you, then I would kindly ask you for a time and a place where I might meet you.

Your most humble servant,

Arelius Lionsmane,

Faithful servant of Torm.

Tow paladins walk on the Fields of the Dead. The older one wears a grey cloak over a silver chain mail and holds a staff with a crystal on top. The younger, a well polished full plate and holds a long sword as two handed weapon.
Near the farmlands their presence is noticed and it is clear that only the young one fights the undead skeletons. They fall one after another under his blessed sword. It looks he is protecting the old paladin as one of the skeletons escapes from his sword and approaches the old paladin. He holds his staff up and chants few words from the crystal a light shines and living skeleton is turned into a pile of bones.

As the paladins approach the city of Baldurs Gate, some may recon them as the Radiant Knight Thiago and his son, Thiago the Second. Both walk directly to the temple of Torm. They are back to the gate...
Chars:

Thiago, Paladin of Helm. Radiant Knight of the Order of the Radiant Heart.

Thiago II, Paladin of Tyr. Knight of the Radiant Heart. Son of Thiago.

With the movement to Istari tower of much of the food stores Saint Merielle had brought in from far off Damara, the temple of Torm had once again become the headquarters of the Order of the Radiant Heart. All had not returned to normal, however. Newly appointed knights, Madison Littlefair and Tomar Goodmannen, seemed to be in overall low spirits as they'd go about their duties. Observing either one suggests that they act as if they are missing a very part of themselves. At one point, Madison was seen being escorted from the temple of Tyr to that of Torm looking extremely upset. She was not seen for the remainder of that evening, nor Tomar, but both had resumed their duties the next day, both looking a bit more hopeful.

Amidst this difficult time, Clan Ironfaar called upon the Radiant Heart to fulfill the oaths of alliance. Clan chief Korgoth had fallen ill due to dishonorable tactics by orcs and needed aid; it would require sailing to a remote island to confront the enemy. Tomar and Jonas answered the call and joined a larger group of allies to assist Ironfaar in routing the orcs. However, the battle quickly turned for the worse as it was proven that the orcs were in league with demons, and that the orcs were uncommonly skilled. Battling even to gain fifty feet of ground in the cramped tunnels of a volcanic mountain, the party slowly pressed onward and upward until their exhaustion nearly overcame them. At this point, even Jonas' outlook was grim, and he declared they would need aid to continue farther if they hoped to keep their lives.

The resulting prayers, some murmured, some outright, yielded fantastic results. A flight of angels appeared from the heavens to assist the heroes, and guard them so that they might rest. With new vigor, the party traveled through a portal and into a sanctum swarming with demons of the Abyss. The battle was won, but only just, with nearly everyone falling at one point or another. In the end, the group were returned to the Prime, with the hope that by defeating the threat, the evil grip on Korgoth would be released.

While going over some paperwork in the temple of Torm, Sir Jonas Rokranon comes across a letter delivered earlier that day. The paper is good quality and sealed in wax. The paladin's eyes narrow as he reads through the letter, and by the end his anger is obvious. Shoving out of his chair, the tall aasimar heads quickly out of the temple, his heavy boots clanking on the stone tile floor.

A letter arrives at the Temple of Torm:

Dear Sir Jonas Rokranon,

This is John Roland, I need some advice. I found out my Ex-bosses are murderers. They killed A fist officer. As much as I hate the fist I do would not support Violence against them. Anyway, I was wondering if I should resign. I do not want to be apart of an organization of criminals.

Sincerely,
John Roland

Tomar walks into the temple of Torm, sitting down at the desk and looking over the stack of letters from various organizations and individuals. He reads through several of them before pausing, his brow furrowed as he leads a letter from John Roland, before he raises his eyes to look at armorer Devon Brightscale. "This is a joke, right? No?" Tomar lets out a groan before dipping a nearby quill in an ink vial and hastily penning a response and pressing the Radiant Heart's seal to the letter.

To say that the letter was inexpertly written would be an offense to inexperts everywhere. The ink had run, making the already shaky writing almost unintelligible and there were blueish fingerprints adorning the sides of the cheap looking parchment. It seems to be addressed to "Ser Jonas Rokrayon" and "Ser Teyago".

Jonas journeys around to the local temples of the Triad and Helm, asking about paladins and clerics new to the Coast or who have begun their training. He reiterates the call Arkaine Halforken sent out in years past, calling upon these individuals to seek out the Order of the Radiant Heart.
