Ladies and gents the server down time is being worked on but is not an attack on this server and is unrelated to other servers running into issues, purely coincidental and bad luck.

In my experience the server has had some pretty good up time with the occasional crash yes, the down time has been minimal and the server has had a decent up time for the a good few months now. My weekend playtime has been limited by the server being full which isn't a bad thing in my opinion.

So all I can say is wait out we have Duster Ras and Maecius on the case, those guys are working hard and have all our love and support.

Also in the meantime. Some of us are RPing in IRC! So if you are lusting for BGTSCC and don't mind RP as the pastime. You should come!

BGTSCC 2 is our Quality Control test server. The two don't really communicate with each other, and share different file sets much of the time (since 2 has content that hasn't yet been released for testing).

I've pinged Dust and Ras for a review of Friday's update. If we can't work out what's causing the issues, we'll roll it back to the last stable server save. Your characters shouldn't be affected, I don't think.

Thank you for keeping us informed and I have to say I have been impressed with the parts seen in the game in my first few days. Had a great session last night.

Well I have noticed it has been relatively unstable since Friday, and the spikes in lag ect have all seemed to be minimal.

I've grown to like this server, in my one week here. So many people, and great personalities in the Underdark! You should all come down some day. It is really a horrible place to visit if you're not Drow.

Doesn't seem down to me. Sitting there and playing without any problem. As far as I can tell, ToM was up all the time.

We hope to have it stable by this evening sometime.

I went ahead and hard reset it for now, but it's entirely possible that it will continue to crash until the root problem is resolved. Should be up in a few minutes (but for how long I do not know).

I am compiling a patch now for uploading in the next 30-60 minutes. We hope it will resolve some crash-causing and greatly improve the Language situation.
