* A hooded figure after picking up the rumors whispers to himself*
"A repeated cycle eh? Thy will be given a shoulder tap very soon. I hate it so when people don't listen too well, I guess another collection of ears will be added."
*He sprints off to seek someone.*

Rumours of the failed Drow attack on the Fist Barracks. Although the other prisoners managed to escape, Tomar's Body is now being kept in a more secure location, inside the Fist Barraks, and is now awaiting trial not only for assault and his other charges but also being a drow sympathiser.

Wild snakes have been seen in the Wolf-Lands. Commoners are now starting to get scared, variety in the areas is one of the first signs of the end of the world!
//I also saw a Deer as well. I killed it by making a wolf attack it.

The Banite, Vishnir, who had recently escaped from the Fist compound was seen dead. Barvok Harrow was dragging the dead body by the hair, giving him a good bald spot on his crown when it started to "Come loose". Captain Crownsilver and Myhun were seen along the dragging body as it went slowly towards the Weave Master tower and it did not come out.
Crownsilver was seen announcing that he has active plans to crush them all; like he did Vishnir.

Rumor has it that there was a massacre of guards at candlekeep. Not many other details are known by the average tavern-goer.

Rumours tell of a vile drow creature being caught by the Flaming Fist just outside city gates. The female drow failed to escape the Fist captain Crownsilver and the wizard Myhun despite her efforts.
The drow was quickly slain upon capture on a bridge next to the camp outside Baldur's Gate, and was carried into the wilds for orcs to eat by a Fist soldier.
Rumours are that the vile drow creature had infiltrated the city but had not succeeded in whatever evil plans she had had, for she was properly and quickly dealt with by the Flaming Fist mercenaries.

Following up on these insane rumors of Flying pigs, it has also been witnessed that these so called Flying Pigs quack like ducks. Further eye witnesses say that Jorn is behind all these unholy creatures. Most people are ignoring this as idiocy but some people are further investigating this crazy rumor.

//Well since nobody else has made a stir about the large scale battle we had up in the Cloudpeak Mountains...
Word spreads from the squatters around the ruins of Nashkel to Beregost and finally filtering through the north to Baldur's Gate itself...
The survivors of the party of one Arkaine HalfOrken, a famous Half Human/Half Orc Paladin have relayed the accounts of a large scale battle they fought against a Drow Warband in the Cloud Peak Mountains. Squatters and hunters living in the area also recount seeing large amounts of fire and arcane energy being discharged in the distance, aswell as the shine of a blinding light from what can be surmised as a metal weapon.
Travelers and peasant folk steer clear of the tall figure, drabbed in a brown hood and cloak and wielding a large great sword that shines with a blinding white light. His torutured gaze, it is rumored is said to pierce the soul and reveal the truth of a man's heart. His comrades however have little difficulty relaying how slew three of the Drow attackers with his blinding sword, personally decapitating the last straggler of the Drow warband.
The wise and well learned of the party of adventurers tell of the Drow that were killed were high ranking murderers of the foul city of Sshamath. What were the Drow doing so far from the Underdark? It is recited from the lips of the last dying Drow of the warband that they sought the council of a great White Dragon rumoured to live in the mountains and that they sought to stop something known as 'The Black'. It can only be surmised that they meant the now deceased necromancer and Banite, 'Tomar The Black'.
No first hand account is asked for or given from the tall HalfOrken as he is quick to leave civilisation and its prejudices for the wilderness as soon as his wounds had healed.
//It was a mess of a battle but a good team effort on our side, I would have mentioned names but I'm having difficulty remembering exactly who we had with us - Faustus Myrmidion, Amion, Ilgan Mugwort? Aaaaaaaand can't recall the names of the others right now sorry.

Several passersby witnessed various members of the Flaming Fist and their companions harassing an unarmed gnome outside of Baldur's Gate. The gnome reportedly was telling of an incident that he had witnessed earlier of Sir Justin Cloudsilver beating down a woman who had been turned to stone.
The gnome was subsequently turned to stone, and then tossed off of the bridge into the river.
