The goristro was buffed, not nerfed. It gained:

Regen 5 (up from 0)
Blind Fight
Higher damage
Higher AC
Its weapon is aligned now, and thus can bypass some DR (the greataxe was just a +4 iron greataxe).

Stats comparisons:

Goristro (new) | Offense and Defense | Aligned, Blind Fight, Cleave, Power Attack | 10 / Good or Cold Iron, SR 22, Regen 5, Tanari Traits | 2d6+2d8+9 | 29 23 8 | 25 (10+16-1)


Goristro (old) | Offense and Defense | Greataxe +4, Cleave, Power Attack | 10 / Cold Iron, Tanari Traits | 1d12+1d6+4+8 | 27 25 21 | 22 (10+7+5)
The goristro was restatted to be equivalent to a cornugon in stats but with its focus being more on offense (while the cornugon is on defense). The goristro is strong enough that it can handle graypeaks just fine and I find it general superior to the cornugon due to its higher damage output.

Yes, it lost its weapon. Its weapon was an iron greataxe (1d12) +4 with 1d6 fire damage. Its slam, instead, is 2d6 damage plus 2d8, plus bypasses DR against Good and Lawful DR, and can be further buffed with GMW or GMF (if someone else buffs the warlock while shifted). So while it lost its bonuses from equipped weapons, the actual weapon itself was buffed. Now, the greataxe can be considered to be re-added for warlocks. But in every other way it was buffed.


Should also be noted, this was changed several months ago, and is not a ToT patch bug.

Yes. They were even there after RCR'ing (with the same name) to fix a few mistakes.
However, when I went to the History/Region Feat NPCs to re-add the related feats (TWH: Dwarf, and Polygot), both Abyssal and Dwarven disappeared from the language DMFI tool again. While also being unavailable in the language picker.

I believe they will, RCRing to the same name will usually result in your bonus languages not getting delivered until after a reset.

I'm not sure off the top of my head why the NPC would trigger that, but let me know how it turns out.
The missing languages we granted upon login after a server reset.

The issue persists, however, but with a new twist.

This time around, when RCR'ing, I didn't get the two languages (Dwarven, Abyssal) upon character creation like I did the first time.
I still got Chondathan though.

Grabbing TWH: Dwarf and Polyglot didn't add the missing languages back.

I assume the languages will re-appear again after the next server reset.

Sending is now a 1-round cast, but the spell-description still lists a 5-round cast time.
I play a baker. Sometimes she provides counseling or treatment.

Expose Weakness fades after about half a minute but OnHit stays on weapon, until the first hit, then the bonus is taken away. You then have to reapply EW.

Edit: A relog fixed the status from fading. The OnHot on the other hand refreshes on its own with a cooldown I was told. It seems to do just that on the current weapon

Quicken spells consistently get the "Spell failure, do not equip items when casting" -every second spell.

Rig items with taunt skill are still dropping.

Also taunt items are still in the epic store.

Fair enough. Still, Planetar has 7 more AC—I logged in and tried both forms back to back—and Cornugon 9 AC—based on earlier tests—thus Goristro is simply too low to justify using the form (you know full well that better AC is King on BGTSCC).

Regen per round is minor. Vamp regen is were it is at.

Which is why having a weapon is more important, in regard to the Goristro, so that Players can have a choice in how to buff their shape via choosing/acquiring a useful weapon (where some enchantments apply).

Banned for some months.

I will have to take a look at this because by the polymorph 2da and blueprints their AC should be within 1 point of each other.

Not a bug, but could do with less feedback messages. It recalculates power attack bonuses whenever you change items.
