We had a server crash, had significant lag in the 2 or so minutes leading upto the crash.

A player report, and a QC review test, may have narrowed down what is causing the crashes. We're going to look into it and hopefully correct it.
It's possibly related to the way the server processes a little-used spell.

I'll probably need Endelyon's help with this one. Not sure whether we're being DDOSed or our host, but it's around 350-500 MBPS. And while I can stop it, I end up blocking all of you when I block the bad traffic as well. I'll keep trying but don't expect us to be back online for a few hours.
