I'd join this club but someone would have to give me a convincing arguement why the bigby's spells are allowed and storm of vengence is not.

Hmm yes... but anyone who can cast storm of vengeance can also res, and in the context of me being a dc priest it's pretty integral to pvp. I was kind of just trying to say that bigby's is overpowered something crazy :\.

How do you tell who's a member in game? Do you all just activate PvP mode on the locator widget or something? There's no way I can remember all the account logins.

Currently, you print it out and places it next to your PC in case you should ever need it... At least that's what I've done.
