That is not valid point. Not only there is ignoring fact that moving up and down should take lot of time (which possibly can be avoided by teleport if your character/mage friend ever visited surface) but also thought that DMs will allow easy passage. DMs are not on anyone's side and ability to crunch monster characteristics does not make it any easier if DMs are present during plotline. So, level revelance is down.
And to the last question:
Aelcar wrote:UD needs just a bit of time, I think.
The thing is, down there you cannot go around with a low level character...you're gonna get killed. Therefore, if you want some freedom of movement and RP you need to be epic (and more than anyone else, Drow respect ONLY strength).
When I enter epic ( and we are close now, going for lvl 20 atm...) I will start some nice plots down there, and post on the forum for everyone to see and join if they wish. I already talked with surface leaders and DMs about it. Just keep playing, have patience and be around
Happy RPing!
I rest my case.

No, it isnt. Level relevance is EXTREMELY high when you have a difficult road ahead (even with the indispensable DM consent) and a KoS character, independently from your reasons and OOC agreements to RP. Before saying to me my ideas are not valid, come back to play.
Until you're retired and just rant on the forum to active players, (you did before, and I hope we did not lose them, because I didnt see Ganaka around anymore for weeks), I am going to just disregard your "case".
Moreover: read the posts before patronizing people, honestly

Really not understanding... It would seem that all these people on posts keep quoting things such as: "Oh I can be in the UD for hours and not find a single person to party with or, rp with." Really don't understand. I pretty much play strictly UD, and know most of the toons down there quite well. As a matter of fact, not a single day goes by, that I don't get at least 2,000 RP XP throughout the day for just chatting with friends, or doing what drow do best. ((Maniacal laughing, *Cough cough*.)) Really. At any given point in the day, you can find someone. You just have to try a bit harder maybe? Ppl find me, if I don't find them. But I'm gonna go ahead and give some help.

Being the nice guy that I am and all... ((More maniacal laughing.)) Hrrm.. The best thing you can do is, bring up your scrying tool. Actually look at it, look at player location, name, level, ect. If you see someone with hidden location and level, and it seems a bit off... I just want you to know... (We know who you are, and we know what you're doing.) that you can always send them a tell. :p Hidden location and level, is used for RP purposes, or someone who may want to just solo for awhile. As per my toon Kon. As soon as I log on before I even leave the Nexus, my character location and level are hidden. Why is this? Because I'm an assassin of course. :p If I'm ordered to kill you. (Which is always the highlight of my day.) Then I don't want you to see me coming. I never have problems with finding people. I can literally decide. "You know what. Today. I'm gonna do absolutely nothing." and I will cast invis or something and run around the UD aimlessly for about 5 whole minutes before running into someone to RP with. And if I don't RP, we exchange nods, or bows or whatever the case calls for, then I'm off again. (Jalil seem to get very angry when you just give them a whimming nod on the way by like, yeah wassup. I see you, don't matter though. Lol.) Anyway. I'm tangent man today.

But seriously. I don't see where the problem is. There's a large amount of UD playerbase. and every single day that I play. (Which just happens to be everyday, go figure.) I'm seeing new players all over Sshamath. Both semi-normal and completely insane. (As there's only a certain level of normal you can achieve in the UD.) Hopefully this helps, whoever it is that needs the helping. If not... Don't be logging on while the server is down. :p I'm pretty sure that's a no-no anyways. Cheers. (Special Thanks to being sleepy.)

Yeah man, back in the days the RP was hard to come by they say. Then the founder of the Circle, Eldebryn, sadly stopped playing and matters went even worse. Still, several people kept on playing down there, and when I started I have always had someone to play with (Rasael and Storm, as well as Flyingchair among others), and we had fun. NOW, the RP in the UD has really picked up...I suggest everyone who doesnt believe me to have a second look at it

. There are always 5-6 people to RP with at any given time, and even when not online at the same time, interaction goes on in the form of carried messages, intrigues and schemes in pure drow style.
Whoever is skeptical, should hop back in their old UD toons and see it with their own eyes *grins*

Xas... Come to us, (Muahaha!) We need more pawns in our sadistic games of chess.

And the rp is welcome too. If you aren't caught in the middle of war and die a very horrible death that will give us giggles for x amount of hours.

Cheers! ^^^^^

Somehow, I can't find anyone to RP with whenever i go on with my UD THiefling ranger/rogue (Under the sense where people are, gold is), maybe i am missing the hub of UD? (Hub as in like the FAI of the surface, people gather at)

Ummm. Well mate... I'm usually online in the UD 16+ hours a day. As I can play the game while I work/ ect... The hub.... 4 hubs really that I can think of in the UD.
A.) Gloura's Wings. (Idk how many ppl go there when they log on for RP, but it's a lot. xD)
B.) Spider's Kiss. Is infamous for being a Hub for members of the circle.
C.) Varalla's Passage. Next to the necromancer who requests bodies for his subjects.
D.) The Illithid Hive. Where you can buy some nasty little items for large amounts of plak'la. (Must be high level to access this area, or face immediate death on a short journey.)
Hope this helps you on your grand adventure mate. Cheers!

Then it's just my unluck, or being a Tiefling in the drow world, and a low level one at that.

Hmmm. Tiefling should be manageable, maybe not by much, but manageable. xD And the being low lvl. There's more lowbies than highbies atm. :p Shouldn't be a problem.

My problems is, whenever i go on i have such differences of level where adventure Rp is not viable (either Nelene dies too fast, or monsters)

To help with that, I would need class, lvl, gear, ect. To help mate. :p

Managed to find some RP yesterday, but then i am lucky enough to have my party on limited-time offer.
As for character, i recently RCRed my UD char because i really messed up the feats (buy two handed fighting feat while going ranger melee...)
Used to be level 4 with bits of magical equipment, now level 3 with no magical equipment, from fighter 4 to ranger 3.
Another thing, been managing to find players, but am usually ignored before i can even finish the sentence (Though i am usually known for typing too long of an introductionary sentence... Glad Hoihe is not UDer with his far-too long to type mass of titles )

Very good. But second part... This is a mistake. If you cannot type fast, then limit introduction to. "Vendui, Well met (if not drow.) Or something of the sort. You can always do the whole. *Grovels at her feet, bows, inclines head, slaps mai'la in the face. However you like. it.
