((The call is placed and talked about in elven places. She likely posted in Doron Amar's inn and in taverns in Baldur's gate.
As for the time, I'll put a poll on day and time so people can vote. I'll give two time that the DM can so we can have everything set up. It will likely be at the end of next week.

Ele visits the temple in Doron and speaks to the laypriests there.
"Brothers and Sisters of the Seldarine" she begins. "Sister Sayiel Longfeather is preparing a ceremony in two days. Please mention it to all followers and adepts of the moon.
In conversation with other elves she meets at the Friendly and elsewhere she also mentions Sayiel's event.
