Rhiannon, upon hearing that the ransom was actually paid, was nearly physically ill. She knows it's a matter of time until this sort of thing happens again and all they did was provide a madman with more resources for his inhumane endeavors. Quietly, she is still investigating this man, this Captain Hellstorm.
