I am uplifed by your enjoyability, complimentary Layla. I just would like to thank the staff for staying involved in the acquired subject of politics and articlecraft which can be more difficult to write than novel format, editor Endelyon for giving me room to write the article I had in mind, Jon for those pointedly great questions even if he didn't get much out of them, and lastly the DM Team for making this possible; specifically DM Dialectic for opening the opportunity to write some authentic mud rakin'.

Town criers begin to spread the word that the fourth issue of the Herald has been released. Young boys and girls stand on street corners, waving one newspaper with a bundle of more at their feet and shout out the front page news in the hopes it will catch the attention of passersby. Those who pay for the issue (or steal it, or pick it up later where some have been discarded in the gutters) would notice it is the longest issue yet and has a new Editor-in-chief.
Some messengers carry a copy of the Herald to a few organizations around - specifically the Church of Mystra, the Church of Ilmater, the Sword Coast Commercial Exchange, the Order of the Lions, The White Mask Theater, the Order of the Radiant Heart, the Order of the Silver Rose, Candlekeep, Doron Amar (to Councillor Alasarias Lythar) and one messenger has been instructed to make sure a copy is left at the makeshift shrine to the Morninglord in the Palace District in Baldur's Gate.
//OOC: Issues are always on the first page of the thread//

There seem to have been some uncertainties with the Herald publishing this month. Nearly a tenday later though, issue five is being distributed in Baldur's Gate and sent further across the Heartlands with merchants and messengers.
The follow organizations are sent one free copy each: Church of Ilmater, Church of Helm (in both Baldur's Gate and Naskhel), Order of the Lions, Sword Coast Commercial Exchange and Foreign Exchange Committee.

A letter is left at the Shelf of Many Books in Baldur's Gate.
The seal is unmarked and the writing within is terrible. The author obviously having learned their letters but had very little practice since.

A new issue of the Herald is released a few days later than the usual publishing day. If any were to ask why, it would be revealed that the Editor-in-Chief has been quite busy. The Herald focuses much on the events of the siege in this issue but also on the aftermath and restoration projects. More positive things can be read about as well, such as festivities and celebrations.
The following organizations are sent one free copy each: The Song of the Morning Temple in Beregost, every organization in the Foreign Exchange Committee, the Church of Jergal
