I'd like to keep all the armor types and there are things that could be done to make one more desirable outside ac/dex mod. For instance perhaps scale mail weighs less and gives 1 better on skill checks then chain which has 1 better mac total ac. Just a thought, but especially for mithral versions it could be viable. In any case, I like the idea of making all armors competitive, if not equal.

Can I say +forver to this? I mean really. It would make all armors viable and then it is a matter of taste really. Instead of mechanics to find something. Using certain types of armor would be according to their penalty checks for things. I think this is awesome beyond words to implement. However I think it should be put forth immediately!
