Circle kick worked fine for me. If you don't mind its changing targets sometimes its an extra attack.

It used to be true. But Theodore01 had a monk toon recently, and he had both Circle Kick and Cleave. He reported to me that Circle Kick was not switching your active target, as it had in the past...and by the all uncaring Ao, that was soooo annoying!
You might be able to test it out in JEGs, or maybe, Luna sneaked in a fix when no one was looking many moons ago.

You can play a tiefling in the UD, this build takes a 20%xp penelty @ lvl16 and has ECL+1
Has 4 slots lvl5 spells
The domains I picked give The heal spell at lvl 5
You can load additional Divine powers
HIPS
decent saves for a hipser (conviction)
decent ab for a hipser (in the 70's with true strike for one round)
decent hp for a hipser
decent dmg without sneak (but better with) when buffed with sacred fist
paralyze on sneak
greater invis from assassin
tiefling innate -5/ dmg reductions to fire/cold/electric
Good solo
greater flurry
you can drop 4th level cleric and loose a spell slot and go for another lvl assassin and gain spell slots there and another 1d6 sneak
Get +3wisdom and +3 dex items for 20wisdom and 28dex
use wand
46 base spot check with C&C (assassin spell) and Wisdom Buff.
