start a terminal as administrator and try the following two commands (1st will disconnect your network, it's fine, will recover with the second).

ipconfig /release

ipconfig /renew

It has helped me on numerous cases having net issues on windows.

Allright you guys, i closed my router for like 1hour and i can ping the ip ... i am gona log in now . I think its fixed thanks all for your help

Is the server offline right now?
