Interesting lists to read and give a good guide.
There is nothing equal about levels, and so for rolls and tasks I think lower levels need to be given appropriate challenges ie there is no point in asking a group right all roll a spot check..it will just devalue/turn off the lower levels who may in fact have invested in a particular roll and yet level will likely win through...so maybe only allow the two low level guards on the left flank to roll that check (or whatever)
For the big team roll, each party member who passes could add bonus to the big roll for shared effect. Making all the rolls count.
my thoughts ..anyway nice list for looking at as a base to work with.
