Much agree. Our guild is very small. Kahanak is the head of the snake that is our Thayan Enclave - that character is the heart and hub of our activity. So I think it is our guild that is suffering the most from his absence.Steve wrote:But seriously: for the last few months, the Enclave was a bustling center for RP, or at least those Red Wizards associated with it, have made a noticeable existence on the Sword Coast. It would be a huge pity if those committed to the RW RP decided to through in the towel cause they have lost a calculated aspect of their builds.
Could we please get a clarification on this? Does this mean RWs are only supposed to have one prohibited school now? No second one for taking RW? I just took an RW level on my alt and it did not give me a second opposition school.- Red Wizards now only have to pick one opposition school.
I tested it, and I can choose 1 school. So I second this.Rhifox wrote:Could we please get a clarification on this? Does this mean RWs are only supposed to have one prohibited school now? If so, the feat should be changed as it lets you select two prohibited schools.
Yeah, but that might not be doable in the new system, so instead we got full access?JCVD1 wrote:I don't get it.
Simple as that
we're suposed to have 2 school of oposition.
The Issue was not having acces to the spells we take BEFORE taking RWs levels
Everyone else must be, because I saw a half dozen future Red Wizards waiting in the nexus yesterday for their RW feats. I guarantee it's because of the lack of two opposition schools.TheLier wrote:Yeah, but that might not be doable in the new system, so instead we got full access?JCVD1 wrote:I don't get it.

Consider it as a buff, I guess?
We was jerking around there waiting for others. I think it is only one who was actually new. But if you prove me wrong, I will be very happy.Kayan wrote:Everyone else must be, because I saw a half dozen future Red Wizards waiting in the nexus yesterday for their RW feats. You know RW is an application-only class, right? Of the people "waiting in the Nexus for the feat", three of them have already been playing RWs/Thayan Knights for months (and of them, only the Knight was waiting for the feat). The one who hasn't, myself, sent in an application two weeks ago, long before the 'one opposition school' change was made (it being implemented only yesterday).Kayan wrote:Everyone else must be, because I saw a half dozen future Red Wizards waiting in the nexus yesterday for their RW feats.
