Would they be able to afford them? Or have enough item slots for them? Or are you talking about inventory widgets?

I doubt we would ever have an inventory item that gave bonus saves or immunity without taking up a slot, but Thorsson brings up a good point about bonus saves type items... +3 is incredibly rare for universal save items, much less cloaks with deflection/saves +3. Definitely something to consider

I don't know that it would be good to have items that grant blanket immunity (such as belt if agility granting permanent free action), but again, use/day items can make it more plausible for non-casters to survive.

How would you balance it so that spell users don't use them as well? Negative caster levels?

Or perhaps there is a way to make certain items not stack with greater/superior resistance... Not sure, this all off the cuff as currently the priority is the content that was implemented with the release, but still a good discussion so we have ideas once the release is"fully patched/complete"

Yeah, new content should take a lower priority than fixing what is already present.

That said, mind editing the appearance.2da so that half drow use the same head model as half elves? Only two letters need changing.
