Thanks bud! And yeah... dead serious, I will need the help.

Hell, most of the profit/equity from our present house will go towards a compact tractor. I mean hell... how else would I keep up with that much land!?

I am backing up some photos right now. The gaming computer is back online after ANOTHER real life delay (Due to rather disgusting toilet-leaking and complete renovation-related reasons)...
