Australia 4 Eurozone!

We can compete in Eurovision, why not round-ball too! :P

As a keen(ish) rugby fan and someone who is usually fairly ambivalent to football, at least I would not have to cry hot man tears when England is beaten by Aus if they were in the European Cup!

((Would be more worried about Aus joining Six Nations...although I tend to support Scotland and England 50/50 there))

I have to echo the comments about the violence. I do tend to follow Euro championships and the World Cup, but hooliganism just makes me want to peace out

We'll see how they do against Spain.

Go Iceland go! Hey, they believe in all the nordic myths up there. They even have a major degree for Elfspotting :).

Here here! Computing is my downfall.

Iceland did a great job against Portugal. But then again...the tournament has just gotten underway.

We can lose, just we need to win against Czech, and than we can play "free spirit" against Spain.

This EURO is tough. I can't guess a single outcome of game.

Oh, the first place is quite important in that group. The second might play against Italy in a much harder quartefinal then too.

But you are right, this Euro is tough. No real absolute favorite. Even Italy winning is very disturbing. They usually start very badly gaining momentum in the tournament.

Only thing left for us is just to sit back in comfort chair, grab few beers, relax, watch and enjoy.

And cheer for our favorites

In Swedish, the word "kass" means "useless" or "awful". The referee of the game Sweden vs Italy today was named kassai, and he lived up to the name. I'm confident he will never get to referee in the playoffs.

Bad luck for Sweden. Awful referee. Even game. Just another big nation claiming a last minute goal :(

Honestly I hope my home team sweden leave early, not that it matters though.
The powers that be will instate another moron in charge who thinks nothing in tactics needs changing since 1993.
Well, beyond the brilliant idea of repeatedly kicking balls across the field to where Z is alone with 3-4 defenders, I'll give them that. *sarcasm intended*

No wait, the music industry actually invented it in 1992. Well, go figure, guess that make it traditional.

As for the championship a friend claims Croatia may turn out on top of them all.

He has been already awful in the opening game. Especially giving the goal for Giroud after his foul on the keeper.
