I dunno, I find ICE to be ok... but between stoneskin and the already crazy high AC, it's situational at best. Just my opinion.
If you go any class with +Wisdom you might find yourself getting frustrated after you wildshape. The hard coded mechanics just do not like the combo when it comes to spell memorization.
Also, skills transfer over in weapons, and I think feats... but damage and AB, AC etc do not carry over.
Any bonus spell gear will not transfer over.
I am pretty sure (like 95%) that dodge ac does not transfer into wildshape. But dodge (the feat) does.
