Pietro has set up his stall again, with many new items.

Having arrived by caravan, the priestess Vyrana Ravenmoor approaches Pietro's stall and takes note of a morningstar set on display. She recognizes it as the weapon she has been seeking, its haft inscribed with runes that spell out Bone Phoenix.

"Merchant, this weapon holds my interest. You must agree it is of meager enchantment, yet I shall admit the flame generates a certain appeal. Let us promptly conclude this transaction. I shall offer a generous twenty bags to be over and done with it. Look for me about the stalls of Soubar when you come to a decision."

Pietro looks at the parchment, then back to the man.
"You know, this blade is not a common item. I may evaluate its cost, but it has some story behind it and is a potent weapon. Well, what is your thought or offer about it?"

Pietro sighs slightly, then says : "I evaluate such a blade between 150 and 200 bags. That's it, for a rare weapon. Even if you agree to this value, I'll put this on hold some time to see if someone has an item to trade to me for it, in case you don't have one of the items I request." Pietro taps the parchment pinned on the side of the table.

*Tall black man started to laugh like an idiot and walk away without any words*

A tiefling hooded in cloak walks up to the stall..

"How many bags for the kama?" He mutters quitly, awaiting a response from the merchant.

"I don't sell items for a determined price. Trade, or a selling arrangement we could do... What do you propose to me, sir?", replies Pietro.

A grim cataphract clad in ashen plate presents Pietro with a longbow of elvish manufacture. (Longbow, +4 EB, 5 Mighty)

"Would you consider this a suitable trade for your belt, trader ?"

"I don't have too much of value myself, so I think I would ask for a selling arrangement. But if you prefer to do a trade I suppose I could throw in my current weapon along with some gold."


"I see you are not a man with fixed prices. Very well, I will bid you 50 bags of gold for it. Or 40 bags and my current weapon perhaps. What do you think of this proposal?", Tesshin replies.

Pietro replies to the cataphract : "Hmm, that won't do sir. I think the belt is worth significantly more than the belt. I'm interested in this fine longbow you have though, do you have another proposition?"

To the hooded tiefling : "50 bags is good enough for a bid. I might be interested in your weapon, if I know what it is."

The tiefling smiles at the good news.

He looks at his current weapons and shows them to Pietro.

Pietro scratches his cheek, being embarrassed : "Sorry, but I'm not interested in kamas, I thought you would show me some martial weapon which I could use. But I'll take your initial bid." He nods.
