I think the best idea would be just scrap it and replace it with grapple and rake ability the tiger is supposed to have.Hoihe wrote:Perhaps replace the "Fear" effect with a "shaken" effect? I.e: Negative morale bonus to AB/saves

Doesn't work for a character that can lift a horse and kill four people with one punch.Tsidkenu wrote:Meet a bear or a tiger alone while you're walking in the woods somewhere and I guarantee the mere prescense of one of those magnificent creatures will get the endorphins flowing quick smart.
I'll accept that idea when I encounter a tiger in a wizard hat which will throw IGMS at me. I have no issue with character being suspectible to mind spells. The problem is that the tiger doesn't have mind spells.AlwaysSummer Day wrote:When I think of scary things I always did picture the strong warrior type running for his life while the elderly mage always stood his ground. . . . oh wait.
Tigers are neutral ^_^. Protection from alignment (good/evil/lawful/chaotic) will not work.AlwaysSummer Day wrote:A protection against alignment helmet is widely available and works 99% of the time in pve.
Yup. That's the problem.AlwaysSummer Day wrote: Oh and obviously builds are different from classes when it comes to saves. I am merely pointing a common scene of the big bad fighter running away from a tiger half his level.
