Originally you'd asked for pure fighter type so I didn't consider it, but rogue or monk dip for evasion and expose weakness is very common.

You can also use wands of IMA to improve your armor.

Keen wands / items seem to run about +5,000 gold, for a number of uses I don't recall of the top of my head. Hint, search the BG harbor district.

Good luck finding a Longsword with a keen property in a shop. I can't remember if the hard to get to Epic shop has one... but I can vouch that the normal shops don't. I've only ever found two keen Longswords in random loot. I use them on my Divine Casters, because neither had any enhancement bonuses.

Frankly, I find that other then random loot items and the Beregost longswords... choices are kind of slim until you're swapping epic items with Karond or AC. Expect Mithral Fullplate to run you 650,000 gold, or an epic item trade of some kind. Most of the ones I've seen lack +4 AC, so you may need a +4 Bracer as well.

Defensively the gear on my Character I plan on rcring is solid, I figure I should be around 46-48 AC if I go regular fullplate, with room to grow about 4-5 ac with epic gear. I swear, decent longswords are the hardest thing to find. Like you said, Beregost but aside from that, I've yet to see even a +1 drop on my current character.

Still trying to figure out how I would make Mithral work and still do what I want to do. I could only go 12 dex and have to find a cat's grace item or wand or something.

True, but one of the things that was driving me nuts when I hit 20 was getting nuked for 70-90 dmg from traps It made me reconsider things

Ok, I added in rogue levels, just not sure if I have them in the right spot or if I should rearrange them.

I made sure the non-feats for AK have an "X"

It doesn't help that good longswords are jealously guarded by the lucky owners.

If you can manage it, go Bastard Sword. Those are everywhere.

Replacing the late epic str for Fast Healing 2 and then Epic Will for Fast healing 4
Also, Combat Expertise will be replaced by Tower Shield Specialization
