I'll try it on the live server tonight and try to guesstimate the time a bit more accurately, sorry for the annoyance.

I am having the same spell failure issue, 2 - 3 buffs out of a full buff que fail. Randomly chained nukes will fail, Anything quickened after a spell fails.

I think I'm getting arcane spell failure events on my druid when casting in shape shift form. It's causing the shape shift to reset and lose shift specific spell buffs.

The Body of Sun spell had two separate DCs on a single extended casting of it, DC 15 and 23. While it had DC 15 is was doing a maximum damage of 16 on a failed save from my level 20 druid. Then again later on a new casting while at the giants the DC shifted to 30 for seemingly no reason.

I've never seen it do this before so I assume it is linked to the update...

Countdown on feats gets still broken on transitions.

(got that 'resist dissease feat).
Charge was not even on a countdown as i transitioned, but is at 5h. after a transition.

Sad, it may have been simply a series of coincidences then

I can also confirm the spell failure issue, though it didn't seem as often for me. Maybe 1 in 10 spells failed and it seemed pretty random as to the cause, sometimes queued up spells, other times a single cast would fail...

Hips is not reliable ... seems hit or miss on whether or not the spawns continue attacking. I tested this with a Rogue Shadow Dancer and a Ranger Assasin. Indoors seems more reliable as this only happened 1 time in about 30. Outdoors was more like 6 out of 30 times.

Spawns tested so far - Goblins, inside and out of the Goblin Abandoned Mine and the Xvarts. Cloakwood New spawns seem to react ok though. Going to test in higher level areas as well. But that's what I found on it so far.

This existed previous to the patch.

HiPS used to bug out when you had Ranger HiPS and regular Assassin/SD HiPS, but I think that was fixed over a year ago. Is it possible something broke it so that if you have Ranger HiPS it causes issues?

Ok sorry, I thought I remembered someone said this was going to be fixed in this update. :)

This has been an issue I'd say left over from That fix chad. It's better but ... never fully resolved maybe?? Only now I don't have a SD / Assassin to test anymore.

Can someone test that combination as well please?

I've noticed this sometimes too (HIPS issues). I think it may have to do with either initiative and they get their attack flurry in before you go into HIPS or there's a bug in the monster AI that doesn't recognize it before the first flurry. They still follow you around as well so it might be the latter and they may be connected.
